“This is the best bar on the southside. Manny is the best bartender in my opinion. He always acknowledges you when you come in and makes sure you have a good time. Nick and a few other staff also are good about stepping in to help out it make's your experience great. This bar gives you that home away from home vibe most of us in our 30s look for.“

“I have the stew beef, it wasn’t seasoned well and they left the fat on meat and I don’t like eating slimy texture. Cornbread muffins not good. Greens were ok and rice was fine , potatoes was ok. Food average like a 5/10 . Mango lemonade was pretty good! So many things to choose from hopefully I can go back and taste something better.“

“Good customer.This restaurant has a wide variety of food to offer. I had the Alabama Chicken Pasta. It was delicious, however the name is misleading. It doesn't come with pasta. It's a melody of peppers, broccoli, onions, and chicken. It is cooked in a white sauce, but not Alfredo. It also came with 2 sides that was included in the price. They also have a steady flow of customers which is a good sign. Overall I had a great experience.“

“I Was Completely Blown Away At This Restaurant. I Was Sat By A Beautiful Host Which Turn Out To Be My Server. Renisha Was Very Knowledgeable About The Ga Craft Beers. She did an amazing job by explaining each item on the menu. I Gave Her The Opportunity Of Ordering My Food and Beer. Oh Boy She Did Not Disappoint. I had the Blackened Catfish with rice and beans and an Orange Still Diva Beer To Drink. It was her two favorite items and I had no complaints! Renisha service was the best service I have had in years. My water cup was never low and if I had more time I would have had another beer. Renisha Was Very Patient With Me Even Though The Restaurant Was Very Busy. She is also a team player and is willing to pick up the slack from others. “I have eaten at multiple soul food restaurants, but this one is right up there with Elea’s in Covington, Ga and Paschal’s. You might think you are eating your grandmother’s, put your foot in it, homemade with love meal. The food was so well seasoned and delicious I got angry when my roommate threw out my leftovers. I didn’t want to slap my mama but I did want to slap my roommate (just kidding). I will be ordering again and again.“

“JJ's NEVER disappoints! Love every single thing from this restaurant. My food is always so good I eat it before I remember to snap a picture! 😂 Today we had wings, gizzards, fried mushrooms and zucchini with German Chocolate cake and banana pudding. It was gone in 15 minute. That's how good JJ's is. Matter of fact we'll probably be back two more times this week, at least. Best home cooked meal, without being a home cooked meal. 💯“
