Usually food is great with great customer service. However this time , not busy. Food took about 8 min. Red beans and rice cold, lid was half placed and spilled in bag. Mac and cheese cold. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich. Not spicy and missing pickles. I was told only drinks were tea ,water and lemonade. Employee did not understand what half and half tea was.
