“I have had wraps from here a couple of times but everytime it was a carry out due to Covid. But last night we went there to eat. I cant express in words the food was that level yummy. We ordered 2 cheese wraps and 1 falafel wrap. Both were perfectly delicious. The people that works there are amazing at making it. It was beyond my expectations compared to carry out. Besides food restaurant was clean and desert was a yum. But nothing could ever beat the warp. I highly recommend this place to everyone and recommend them to sit and eat there instead of carryout. “My husband planned a surprise anniversary date and took us to La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant for our first visit—and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We sat at the bar, where our servers, Alan and Jessnia, were absolutely awesome. Despite the restaurant being packed, the wait time was short, and both servers were incredibly attentive. The food was delicious, portions were generous, and prices were very reasonable. The service was excellent, and the warm, inviting atmosphere made the evening even more special. The guy at the register was very helpful and patient while helping my husband and I navigate the menu and pick items based off our dietary needs. The burgers were cooked exactly as we ordered them and all ingredients were fresh. Their sauces were a highlight… the jalapeño ranch was to rave about. Excellent hint of heat in a homemade ranch made this the perfect pairing with their hand cut fries. The beer selection was solid and our choices were delicious- the Riverside and the Peach sour were both ones we would recommend. Finding parking on a Saturday night was the only part of this experience that was less than stellar. We will definitely be back.“

“This comment is about the salad which was amazing but it's more geared to the young lady that works there. You see, I had just came from Atlanta verifying the news that I have the last stage of stomach cancer and was given two years to live. As I was sitting at the table waiting on my plate well my boyfriend and I, the tears came a flowing and the customers that was there couldn't see me crying but when this young lady saw me she asked if everything was ok and I couldn't hold the tears and I bawled like a newborn baby and what she did I knew there was a god and that would be my gi yo restaurant forever. She gave me a hug and yes I'm a hugger and she told me what ever I'm going through I will be ok and I cried on her shoulder for a bit and after i felt better. We both smiled and I left and went home. Then has I opened my salad to eat and the first bite was explosive well I would have said heaven but I can only imagine that part and I love God but not trying to go there no time soon lol so this salad was just amazing. I just had to leave this review to say that day my soul got fed just as well as my belly. Thank you young lady, you know who you are.“

All the meats I had were delicious ( barbaco, asada, pork, cabeza, chorizo), the tortillas were normal nothing special. The sauces were fresh and flavorful. The “ Agua Fresca” was also top tier because they have a variety of flavors (guava, pineapple,mango, papaya, tamarind, and horchata, they have more). Inexpensive delicious quality food. One person with use was a picky eater and they definitely had a language barrier but his food was still delicious even though it wasn’t want he was trying to order. It got smashed though“

Our usual breakfast stop is there, mainly because we can't resist the allure of their cheese grits and French toast. During our last visit, Mike Seekins, the owner and chief, took the time to personally come out and chat with us, even offering a couple of insights into the secrets behind his delicious cheese grits. Of course, he's not spilling the entire recipe, just a tip or two. What adds to the charm of Famous Mike's is not just the fantastic food but the super-friendly staff and the wonderful atmosphere they've cultivated. The food was fresh, hot and quite tasty. Most of the time I leave with leftovers and although the portion was not small, I didnt have anything left worth taking, it was just too good to make myself stop! And I'm not usually one to complain because I'm in this industry myself. I ordered a chicken burrito as I've always done and it was totally different. It had very little chicken and gobs of onions and peppers. So I asked could I send that back and exchange it for a beef burrito instead of course she let me do it but her attitude said she didn't want me to do it and from that point on anything I asked for she sent someone else with it so for me to be in this industry it disappointed me greatly....“
