I dont understand ordering from the app for speed and convenience only to have to be in the same drive thru lane. can't go inside to pick up, the signs are flipped around so there isn't curbside....meanwhile my oder was ready or scheduled for pick up 5 minutes ago, I still have probably 7 to 10 more minutes before I get to the window...so my food will be old. *sigh*“

“I walked into the KFC . I had an odd request I needed just a bucket no chicken for a school project. I was then greeted by Jay I asked if I could have a bucket with no chicken. She seemed confused at first, but then the young lady went to the back and got three different sizes of buckets for me to choose which one I wanted. This was very kind and was very unexpected this kindness and hospitality was very much appreciated. Thank you, Jay.“

Definitely would run you up about 20 bucks per person, but we paid together. Best thing they have? The Garlic Soy chicken (tenders) and the Monster Cheese Fries! Best by far! “The empanadas are very good and the default sauce is pretty good. They used to be overpriced, but prices have adjusted down some which is good to see. Combos do not come with drinks. We only got two sauces with 3 3 piece empanada trios which I'm assuming was just overlooked, but I do know they want to charge if you ask for extra sauces. The chicken itself is expensive for what it is and I probably won't give it a chance. I just can't justify paying the price to try it when good chicken is available all over the place nearby. Service was slow we waited outside for at least 20 minutes for our food.“

“I placed a takeout order last night 7/29 10:10 p.m. My order was a large gizzard, large Catfish, and a regular fried okra totaling $37.50 and credit card total $44.48. I was very displeased with the portions of all items. I had 2 catfish filets in lieu of 4, 1/2 the normal amount of okra, and only 6 gizzards. These should have been small orders and an okra snack. The fries made up the majority of the dishes with no coleslaw included. I am requesting a credit of $26.98 plus tax for unauthorized gratuity and 1/2 amounts on the dishes. The check # is 34676 and server was Horace B. I have ordered frequently without these problems in the past. Please correct. Thank you.“

crowds stack up at lunch, and the takeout side won’t check whether you’re actually waiting on an order… you’ve gotta be assertive and tell them the name on your order, or you’ll end up standing there forever with your food literally sitting on the counter. the workers are right there doing their jobs, but for whatever reason they don’t stay on top of getting the takeout orders out/in the fridge during rush.

“If I had to complain about anything, it would be the fact that it bugs me to my soul when I pick the wrong line in the drive thru. I think it’s highly unnecessary that I have to wait in line longer then when I arrived bc the lane I choose, happens to be going too slow. The attendants should make sure that orders are taken as they arrive. There should be something in place that doesn’t allow 3-5 cars get ahead the one car that has been waiting on the other lane that was here first.“

There were so many good halal options to choose from, but I ended up going with my all time favorite the chicken sandwich. It was SO delicious and worthwhile. I've eaten at a lot of Zaxby's over the years and this is one of the better locations. I have lunch here often as it is close to work.

Typically, I order on the app and go through the drive-thru but also eat inside from time to time. The dining room is consistently tidy.

They are quick, friendly and remember me. Today, I finished ordering on the app as I was walking to the door and someone was putting my order together as I walked up to the counter.

Chicken wings, like barbecue, draw people to have strong preferences about where they eat. That being said, I like the wings here. I do have how large selection of sauces, as they promote.

Here's a tip: if you order the fries with no seasoning, they dropped them in the fryer for a few minutes to take the seasoning off and they come out hotter and crispier than usual.“

“Happened to stumble by this place and it was so good! We got chicken tenders, potato salad, mac n cheese, baked beans, and corn nuggets. The chicken fingers are amazing 10/10. All of the sides were really great as well but we enjoyed the Mac n cheese the most. We really enjoyed our lunch and would definitely recommend stopping in.“
