I dont understand ordering from the app for speed and convenience only to have to be in the same drive thru lane. can't go inside to pick up, the signs are flipped around so there isn't curbside....meanwhile my oder was ready or scheduled for pick up 5 minutes ago, I still have probably 7 to 10 more minutes before I get to the window...so my food will be old. *sigh*“

“The empanadas are very good and the default sauce is pretty good. They used to be overpriced, but prices have adjusted down some which is good to see. Combos do not come with drinks. We only got two sauces with 3 3 piece empanada trios which I'm assuming was just overlooked, but I do know they want to charge if you ask for extra sauces. The chicken itself is expensive for what it is and I probably won't give it a chance. I just can't justify paying the price to try it when good chicken is available all over the place nearby. Service was slow we waited outside for at least 20 minutes for our food.“

“I placed a takeout order last night 7/29 10:10 p.m. My order was a large gizzard, large Catfish, and a regular fried okra totaling $37.50 and credit card total $44.48. I was very displeased with the portions of all items. I had 2 catfish filets in lieu of 4, 1/2 the normal amount of okra, and only 6 gizzards. These should have been small orders and an okra snack. The fries made up the majority of the dishes with no coleslaw included. I am requesting a credit of $26.98 plus tax for unauthorized gratuity and 1/2 amounts on the dishes. “It was busy and the staff was working hard and working together. The seating area was clean, drink station well-maintained and atmosphere made me comfortable as I dined solo.

I've eaten at a lot of Zaxby's over the years and this is one of the better locations. I have lunch here often as it is close to work.

Typically, I order on the app and go through the drive-thru but also eat inside from time to time. The dining room is consistently tidy.

They are quick, friendly and remember me. Today, I finished ordering on the app as I was walking to the door and someone was putting my order together as I walked up to the counter.

Chicken wings, like barbecue, draw people to have strong preferences about where they eat. That being said, I like the wings here. I do have how large selection of sauces, as they promote.

Here's a tip: if you order the fries with no seasoning, they dropped them in the fryer for a few minutes to take the seasoning off and they come out hotter and crispier than usual.“

“If I had to complain about anything, it would be the fact that it bugs me to my soul when I pick the wrong line in the drive thru. I think it’s highly unnecessary that I have to wait in line longer then when I arrived bc the lane I choose, happens to be going too slow. The attendants should make sure that orders are taken as they arrive. There should be something in place that doesn’t allow 3-5 cars get ahead the one car that has been waiting on the other lane that was here first.“

A buddy invited me here today for lunch and it’s like 2 restaurants in one. You can get burgers or chicken - both branded by Shane but no sign on the outside. Odd.

The chicken was fresh and tasty - but it’s a first for me to get half a chicken that equates to 7 pieces. I ended up using the spicy sauce because I was afraid of trying the special of the day which was hot hot. 🥵 The sweet tea was good as well - but they were the only standouts. The French fries were just “meh” even though they were hot and fresh. There was also a cold corn/onion/cheese side that I did not care for. Same thing with the cabbage with dressing. The radishes in vinegar were interesting but I didn’t eat them all. My preference would have been a meal of some sort that included a regular side like fries or something.

I definitely want to go back and try the burger side and maybe some tots.“

I stopped by for a gallon to take home and it was intensely good. Pure, Unsweetened goodness! Also stronger than from any other CFA I frequent on the east side of Atlanta AND it was just as good on the fourth day as on the first — this never happens with tea bought from my other four regular locations. Our order was absolutely perfect—everything was correct, and they made sure we had all of our sauces, straws, napkins, and even a fork without us having to ask.
