“We have tried this location many times and was given the incorrect order or the food was really old. We decided to give it another shot and im glade we did. Tabitha was awesome! I was irritable ready to eat lunch but also expecting something in my order to be messed up or not as pictured on the menu, cause we'll thats just how it sees to go at drive-thru's in Cleveland. “I really like this place. but i must express myself when I say check your order. passing through from Chattanooga living in rocky face it's a long drive just to pick up a side order. when you pay 30$ for 8pc chicken fingers and two sides get it rite. 6yr old and a 1yr old don't eat cold slaw when they wanted Mac and cheese.... Come on boys yall do better. it's my fault because I didn't check my order. but after working along day and hungry kids it slipped my mind. for what we pay for food. it better be rite. again people check your order before living especially when you live 20mins away“

“Our family stopped at Bojangles while traveling back home to St. Louis from a family vacation in Florida, and it was a great experience all around. The food was awesome — flavorful, fresh, and perfect for a road trip meal. We took advantage of one of their family deals, which came with a half-gallon of tea (a great touch).

There was no wait, and the customer service was excellent — friendly and efficient. The restaurant was also very clean and well-kept. We especially loved the custom boxes that held both our food and tea — super convenient since we were eating on the road. They even provided us with cups and plates, which made things much easier for our big family.
