“I just had to leave a review for the two drive thru associates that I met the other day! I visited on 9/7 around 7pm and a sweet girl took my order. When I was waiting for the car in front of me to finish ordering, she noticed my tattoo sleeve from a ways away and came over to talk to me about it. Then she waved down the other associate working outside with her and we all talked about it and they just made me feel so proud to have the tattoo and so pretty too! They were so nice and respectful and I haven't stopped thinking about it. I wish I had gotten their names. Kudos to them for absolutely making my evening!“

“Out of every state and every drive thru that I have been to, Chantell had been the kindest drive-through worker of them all! I’ve literally never had anybody so sweet and so friendly take my order. When she first welcomed me to Arby’s my first thought was “OK. This is a recording. There’s no way somebody could be this nice.” After I ordered, and her voice came back on the intercom, my second thought was “wow she must be doing this remotely from her home because there’s no way that you can be on your feet working hard and still have a good attitude like this.” When I got to the window to pay, Chantell was the one who greeted me, so I was literally shocked and amazed that it was an “in store person” taking my order! She had an angelic voice and I felt well taken care of in her hands. She even double checked for napkins and straw. “I rarely eat lunch alone. Even more rare is thinking of Hardee's for that lunch. I am intrigued by the current TV add running with a supposed Carl Jr eating ribs at an establishment and asking if they could put them on a burger. Everyone knows that I am a fan of ribs so naturally I had to try it. Yeah, it was amazing. The BBQ sauce is just slightly sweet which to me is perfect. They don't try to pile it up with lettuce and tomatoes either. Just meat, sauce, a pickle and a bun. Perfection. If you like ribs, I recommend this burger. PS: this is absolutely the cleanest Hardee's I've ever visited. Super comfortable also with the red seat cushions and stainless furniture. I'll be trying this store again!!“

“Normally I would recommend this McDonalds ~ it is our go-to stop when driving from GA to TN. Today we ordered 2 chicken McChicken sandwiches, an order of French fries and a Diet Coke ~ when we were back on the highway we opened the bag and had a McChicken sandwich, a chicken biscuit and no fries. “Its a nostalgic place, clean, good food, meat is freshly cut. Cashier was very helpful, she gave us ideas, as this was our first time. I liked the milkshakes the different flavors and you can mix them. I had a PB and Banana one, it was really good.“

I looked all over the app to find a request for light salt, but couldn’t find anything. There’s gotta be more salt than potatoes. I love the fries, but please cut back on the salt. The sweet potato pie is phenomenal! I highly recommend.
Also, what happened to the cinnamon Bo biscuits? They were 100X’s better than those berry catastrophes.

“Our car broke down last weekend and had to get a tow to S&M repair and walked down to Burger King. We were trying to find an Uber or someone to give us a ride. Emily saw us walk in and we were all sweaty and hot it was 101° out that day it was a short walk but it was hot. We told Emily we would like a cold drinks and she was so sweet she gave them to us at no charge. “I really like this place. but i must express myself when I say check your order. passing through from Chattanooga living in rocky face it's a long drive just to pick up a side order. when you pay 30$ for 8pc chicken fingers and two sides get it rite. 6yr old and a 1yr old don't eat cold slaw when they wanted Mac and cheese.... Come on boys yall do better. it's my fault because I didn't check my order. but after working along day and hungry kids it slipped my mind. for what we pay for food. it better be rite. again people check your order before living especially when you live 20mins away“

I've gotten the Frisco that was really good too. Employees in the evening are super friendly and helpful and my order so far has always been correct.“

“This Captain Ds has excellent food, but it needs new dining room booth chairs. Where we sat it was very uncomfortable.
I was very disappointed because they didn't allow anyone into the sunroom dining room. I always loved eating out there.
Also, my husband couldn't use the restroom because the lock on the door
didn't work.
