“Great Place to take the family/Date/friends. I found them when I seen the ad they have running in the back of my Kroger Register Receipt. I go there more frequently thank to the ability to save a few bucks and pick up another cocktail. Thanks for coupons Kpot. Love them“

“This place is fantastic! I’ve been here three times already, and each time, I’ve been thoroughly impressed. The portions are generous, and the food is delicious. The vegetable pancake is a must-try, and the pork rib stew is simply amazing. I never thought I’d like tofu, but this place has changed my mind. I’m definitely coming back!“

“My spot for gopchang no doubt because of their food quality. Besides gopchang, their pork belly is also top notch. They will grill the meat for you so in case you are not sure or unfamiliar with how to make it the best, leave it to them to get the perfect grilled meats 👌 they give the correct banchan and dipping sauce for gopchang and I wont explain further…
The staffs are doing a good job but it wont be all smiling and all of the friendliness at a typical American restaurant and it isnnt because they are rude or anything. they are kind so please patience with them“

“Dinners with dad, episode 874, later edition…from dinner the other night while visiting my parents…had already had an amazing breakfast…then an equally amazing lunch…but this pork belly and trotters weren’t going to eat themselves! This place gets more and more crowded each time we come…dad loves to talk about how much his youngest granddaughter loves this place…then says, ‘She might be the most Korean of the 3 grandkids…’ The pic of him laughing is after the server asked what type of soju he wanted…he said none but he could use one! I told him to order a bottle but he said no 🤪 If you like pork and spicy acorn noodles, this is your go to in Atlanta!“

“Well, me & my mom are vegans. We were excited to see google reviews about they have quite a few vegan options. But we were a little disappointed about the vegan dishes they have, the tofu stew tasted bland. The glass noddle was ok. However the waitresss & waiters were great. Very good service and the atmosphere is great. Of course this is NOT a strictly vegan restaurant so We couldn’t be too critical about the food. But it’s a great hang out with your Korean friends since we saw many Korean customers here so I think the food here are authentic.“

“I was honestly shocked at the portion sizes first time coming here, expect to split a meal with another if you eat very little. Great for anyone who’s really suffering from hunger. I really do like the “help yourself” approach as it means that there’s less obligation to leave a bigger tip for an underpaid waiter who depends on tips since you serve yourself, and rather more for the enjoyable dining experience. Every time I went it was always nice and quiet, perfect for eating a peaceful lunch.“

“Love gopchang on fire in Doraville!!! The manager always took care of our grill and he did so professional. The flavor is amazing, I can’t complain. It is wayyy better than the other place in Duluth (I didn’t like the way they grill) Best gopchang in Atlanta“

“I had the lunch special, and overall the food was tasty. The side dishes were fresh, well-prepared, and nicely presented. I also really liked the complimentary fried egg—it was a nice touch. However, the rice was undercooked, which was disappointing. If the rice quality improves, this would be an even better dining experience.“

“Japanese with a Korean flair. Great prices + great quality + _extremely_ great service. Surprisingly, they’ve been a “near-kept secret” in Atlanta for nearly 50 years. (Since 1970?)We’ve been eating here & picking up more-and-more regularly for only the past 3 years.“

“Easily the best K-BBQ I’ve had in atlanta. So memorable. The place was tragically empty when we entered, and we talked to the owner and she was talking about how hard of a year it’s been. Our kimchi pancake was fantastic, and when the actual meat came out it got so much better. The owner showed us traditional ways to eat and we had amazing conversations with her. The food was fantastic as well. Easily a return and please visit if you can! Help them out!!“

“The food in the picture was a lot for two people. We ordered combo fried, a 12 oz cup of tteokbokki, and regular donkatsu. The combo fried is perfect to try every kind and find out which one is your favorite. Mine was squid, though their fried dumpling and kimmari were good. We chose spicy Tteok-Bokki, but it was sweet and spicy, not too spicy. Donkatsu wasn't my favorite; the cut was less fatty, which made it a bit dry. The sauce is tomato-based, which isn't my preference, and the outside of the rice was a bit dry and hard. But overall, the food and service were good. The restaurant also offers a military discount.“
“We had the jjambbong, jajangmyeon, and tangsuyuk, and everything was delicious. The jjambbong broth had a rich, deep flavor, and the jajangmyeon tasted just like authentic Korean-style black bean noodles. The tangsuyuk was also excellent.
The owner was incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service.“

“Doraville’s best kept secret. Best Korean place we’ve tried all across Atlanta, Alabama and Mississippi. Food is made to order. There’s primarily 1 server taking care of everyone, so be prepared to wait and be patient but it will be so worth it. Even banchan came out one by one out the kitchen.“

“Had an incredible meal at One Sushi! Tried the pork ramen and lobster Rangoon, and both dishes were delicious. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming thanks to the wonderful staff and the owner, who has such a kind, genuine personality. “I can hardly remember if I’ve visited this restaurant before, which means it’s either been a very long time or this was my first visit, recommended by a group of friends from an association. Regardless, this humble neighborhood restaurant left a strong impression. Once popular in the heart of Doraville's old Koreatown, this spot carries a sense of nostalgia and is truly a hidden gem with a rich history. While it may not boast extravagant decor, the quality of the food speaks volumes. I particularly enjoyed the generous variety of side dishes (반찬), which were thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The highlight of my meal was the fresh grilled sole fish (서대구이), perfectly cooked and accompanied by a hearty bowl of bean paste stew (된장찌개), both proudly recommended by the friendly and welcoming owner. Her genuine hospitality and attentive service added warmth to the dining experience, and it was heartwarming to see some of my friends recognize her from previous visits.
If you’re looking to experience authentic, homemade Korean cuisine in a modest yet charming setting that evokes memories of Korea's past, I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s a rare gem that preserves the flavors and traditions of old Korea, and I’ll definitely be returning to savor more of its offerings.“

“A small self-service restaurant with great, authentic gukbap! Busan is famous for its gukbap, and this restaurant attempts to emulate that taste. I found the mixed pork soup quite delicious and comforting. It had a deep, rich broth that was so creamy. There was a good amount of sliced meat, too. The kimchi and radish tasted fresh and went wonderfully with the milky broth and rice. A simple meal that never disappoints!“

“I recently purchased kimchi and a variety of side dishes from this place, and I was truly impressed. My kids, who used to dislike kimchi, now absolutely love it and ask for it all the time! The flavors are incredibly well-balanced, fresh, and delicious.
You can really tell that they use natural, high-quality ingredients. Every dish tastes clean, not overly salty or artificial, and has that comforting, homemade feel. It honestly feels like eating food that’s both nourishing and made with care.
If you're looking for authentic, flavorful, and wholesome Korean side dishes, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It’s not just tasty—it genuinely makes you feel like you're eating healthier!“

“I came here for the lunch special, and ordered a grill mackerel and a bibimbap. They were both pretty good but in my opinion it was a bit oily. The soy bean paste soup was good but was kinda spicy, but that’s probably because I’m a picky eater. I recommend this place!“

“We went here for lunch. They only refill the banchans once. They took off the free fish too which is understandable since everything has gone up. The portions are generous. They give you a nice hot Claypot rice with your order during and it elevates the dish and we loved the crispy crunchy bits. With so many Korean restaurants nearby, they keep their prices competitive. Over all, consistently good and we’ve add it to our rotation.“

“If you are seeking what it’s like to eat at almost any home in Korea, then you just for your place to experience just that. K-mom’s Kitchen may as well be our home kitchen as it is exactly what my wife and her mom would cook for me and the kids. The food was great, and the lady’s running the place are mom’s just looking to share their love of Korean food.
Next time you are around make sure to check this place out. Don’t get lost in how simple the place is, it is home cooking food!!! It’s exactly what we wanted and for what we wanted.“

“Great customer service. Mandoo and their kimchi were top tier. Most of Korean restaurants taste either same or generic, but their food actually made me feel like I was in Korea. I would say their Bimbim nengmyeon was the best around that area. Huge portions. It's not on the menu, but they do half and half mandoo so just gotta let them know. I would definitely go back there and recommend to others.“

“I liked the atmosphere of the place. Every table has a place to have bbq if you want. We ordered from the lunch menu. I had the sirloin and tonkasu. It was awesome. My wife spicy pork with vegetables and seafood tofu soup. It was okay. The pork was a bit fatty, and the soup was over salty. The service was really good, and we will definitely be back to try the bbq.“

“New place I was trying because of the lunch special and wow the black bean noodles was delicious. I am very particular when it comes to black bean noodles -- but this hit the spot! The flavor and textures of the noodles were exactly how I liked it. The man (maybe the manager or owner) was very kind to me too! Will come again :)“
