“Today, I took my kids to Chick-fil-A Towne Lake to pick up a quick lunch, while we were out running errands. We ordered through the app, for curbside pickup. Our order was delivered quickly & the staff member who brought it to us was friendly, as they always are. When we got home & opened the bag, I realized that there were 2 chicken sandwiches in there, instead of the 2 nuggets that I ordered. My order has never been wrong from this location (or any other CFA) & that’s a miracle b/c we hit this place up at least twice a week on average! 😂🐷🤷🏻‍♀️ Understanding that mistakes happen, although CFA rarely makes a mistake, I called to see if I could come back & exchange the 2 sandwiches for nuggets (my kids won’t eat the Lord’s chicken sandwiches 🤦🏻‍♀️). Scott, the operator of this location, answered & told me that he would bring the nuggets to my house! Shocked, I told him that I really didn’t mind coming back, but he insisted & arrived at my front door 5min later with a huge smile & a bag of nuggets for my kids, along with a little extra treat 🍪 for them. Thanks, Scott & CFA Towne Lake for the great food & excellent customer service! 🙏🏻“

I DoorDash often, and there is a younger female with long brown hair in a ponytail that usually has a headset on that I always see and she is very polite, professional, and courteous. The chicken is delicious, the fried plantains are my favorite and they have kid friendly fries and chicken tenders. The sauce with the chicken is the perfect pair! “I was craving some good chicken tenders and coleslaw. I remembered seeing this place and wanted to try it out. 10/10 in my opinion. The chicken tenders are so tasty and the sauces are all great. We tried bbq sauce, honey mustard and ranch. We also had the fries which were amazing! We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu and to try some of the custard. The price for 7 tenders, regular fry, coleslaw and 2 extra sauces came out to a little over 20 bucks.“

“Pro Tip: mix some Crystal or Louisiana hot sauce into the signature sauce.

(A little annoyed that I asked for hot sauce and they sent Tabasco but thankfully I got hot sauce in my bag, swag.)

Not sure who came first between them and Raising Cane’s but as a pretty loyal RC visitor I can say with ease that I think this is the better chicken tender.

Only issue is that with more flavor means you gotta *watch the salt* — they’re super tasty at a baseline, and it’s a good quality of tender cooked perfectly too, but it’s juuuust knockin at too salty. Struggling to get through the 4th tender.

Hopefully it was just this batch.

Fries are crinkle cut like RC too, but bigger… prefer RC’s fry. And they put no ketchup in the bag at all which they def need.

Overall it’s clearly a Coke to Pepsi sitch here. Since chicken fingers are the main jam I’m cool to crown Guthrie’s as the OG.
