“Great meeting place with friends!“

“The food and fish were really good! They had many fish decorations and a mural on the wall and the pipes on the ceiling. They had two fish tanks and a large selection of foods! Their bathrooms are really good and clean. They have good sensors and the taps for the sinks have a handle. I didn’t manage to get pictures but this was really nice! (I went with 3 people, we each ordered a meal, but the thing below doesn’t show 2 of the things we got and I wouldn’t say it was lunch or dinner, it was between)“

“My first time here after seeing them on tv. So glad the worker tied the bag of my 3 plates tightly and that they use strong plastic containers. I took a sharp turn and my bag flipped to the side. My food shifted a little in the container, but at least it didn’t spill out or leak out of the containers. Love the hamburger steak with crispy onions! Omg, the special parmesan chicken was huge!! This was ono too. Will definitely go back there again. ❤️“

“Food was authentic tasting Japanese food. Greeted when I got there. Tables were clean. The parking lot is good sized and I found an open stall right away. Most customers seemed like they lived close by since they arrived by foot and not by car. Price was reasonable. The reason for the 5 stars is that my elderly parents loved the food. My mom is a picky eater.“

“We celebrated a big anniversary at Pai and WOW - they made it extra special. We did the four course menu with wine pairings. The service was top notch. The food was inspired, creative, delicious, and locally sourced. Though the portions of each dish looked small, it was more than enough food and so delicious you wanted to eat every bite! The wine pairings were spot on, absolutely perfect with our chosen courses. The space has such a lovely vibe - clean and modern, but comfortable and well appointed. There really isn't another dining experience quite like this on the island. Justine and Kevin have created such a beautiful place with incredible food and service. Pai is definitely a must-try restaurant. We will definitely be back.“

“the staff is phenomenal, the food is incredible, and the drinks are amazing. Does that give you an indication of how much we love this place? You can find a lot of places that have one or two of the three but it's a rare restaurant that hosts all three in a convenient location. I've not had a single thing on the menu that I wouldn't order again and I've eaten the entire menu except for two entrées, many of them two or three times.“

“A good place to eat on special occasions, as it’s a bit too pricy to eat at regularly. To be fair, their offerings are good overall. The kalbi bao were outstanding and their cocktails are creative and flavorful. The menchikatsu was fried too long and hard to cut/bite into, but the gravy was flavorful and the onsen egg was cooked perfectly. The mochi churros were cooked unevenly (some were mushy, almost wet) but the flavor was good. Service is on the slower side. The room is echoey and gets really loud when it’s full, so don’t expect to be able to hold a conversation if dining with a group on one of the bigger tables.“

“Marugame Udon is one of my favorite spots whenever I’m craving fresh, affordable comfort food. The food is always made fresh, the line moves quickly, and everything tastes consistently great.

My go-to order is the Nikutama Udon with shrimp tempura and chicken tempura. It’s the perfect combo every time. The portions are generous, the prices are hard to beat, and it’s easy to see why this place is always busy.

The only downside is the parking—it can definitely be a challenge. But honestly, the food is worth it. If you’re looking for a quick, delicious, and budget-friendly meal, Marugame Udon never disappoints.“

“Like the other reviewer said, you know it’s good when you see the owners’ kids sitting in the front doing their homework (hopefully).Coming from LA, this is the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Flavoring, spice level, juiciness, and crispiness were all top notch.

“Some of the best sushi you will ever have... Owner and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the sushi/poke is outstanding. Aloha Sushi is a must visit for local, fresh, amazing sushi, and if the sushi doesn't make you want to come back for more, the friendly owner/staff certainly will.“

“Excellent service! They were open during Hurricane Lala. We were so happy they went above-and-!beyond to accommodate vegans by modifying a dish. When the chef realized they were out of tofu, they went out to buy tofu in the hurricane ! They even reduced the price of our meal. Waiter was very kind, patient, and funny! Highly recommenrld“

“I went here after climbing diamondhead, the only reason it’s not five stars is simply because of seating and location , the portions were well sized so you don’t overeat, and the miso was so good even on a hot day. the tuna was fresh and the servers were sweet !“

Everything from the pro shop to the starter area felt organized. Watched a few drives on Hole 10 Looks like a solid Robin Nelson design that demands accuracy. Good vibes all around.“

“Had a celebration of life at 3660 on the Rise. Coordinator was so easy to work with and gave so much information and was in constant communication. The staff were all so helpful with set up, service, tending to guests and clean up. The food was really good too! Had a heavy appetizer "lunch" and everyone went home filled. The crab and cream cheese won tons, garlic chicken and meatballs were standouts of the line up. Construction was going on on the outside of the building so the view was a little obstructed, but inside the building was well maintained, great temperature, simple A/V set up. Dedicated parking structure with validation made it easy for guests.“

“My family and I was in search for dinner tonight. I did not want to go too far from where we were staying at (Ritz Carlton) and my 90yr dad could not walk too far. I found Topped and ordered three meals - shoyu chicken, kalbi, and bulgogi meals. We brought them back to our hotel to devour them. The food was very delicious and flavorful. The shoyu chicken was thick and tasty. My dad really enjoyed the kalbi. The side salad and corn was a good balance. Thank you and recommend this place!!“

“A MUST VISIT! I'm writing this review as a repeat customer. I've tried Fumi's when they were in the North Shore and I've tried their food twice now at the Ala Moana location and it's delicious!

I came this time because I really wanted to check out their Garlic Basil Chicken. If anyone has ever had TapEx Taiwanese style popcorn chicken in San Diego, then you will be very pleased with this dish. I love the balance of spice, texture, and smothering their delicious spicy garlic butter shrimp sauce on my rice.

“I absolutely loved this place. Ivan was our server and he was fantastic, never missed when our glasses were even half empty. He made polite conversation and was super friendly. The egg drop soup was the perfect texture, it was so thick and had a rich taste. The gyoza was sooo good too! I’ve never had any other this good. Our entrees were amazing. I got the beef lo mein and my husband got the Mongolian beef. I’ve never seen my husband eat his entire plate at a restaurant. The desserts were so good too! Highly recommend the strawberry mochi ice cream! Safe to say we will definitely be back! Absolute perfection!“

“We really loved the dishes, especially the foie gras, raviolone, and scallops, but honestly everything we tried at this restaurant was delicious. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the duck Wellington because, as I understood, it had to be requested when booking the table. But we’ll definitely come back to try that dish too 😊“
