“Had a really nice, first-time experience here recently. Big menu, something for everyone in your party. Service was quick. Drinks were refilled in a timely manner. The food was out about five minutes after ordering. Their regular entrees (saimins, curries, etc) are large portions. Honestly enough to share! Had leftovers at home and it was just as tasty as in the restaurant. 10/10!“

“Great little Japanese style restaurant in Hawaii. The customer service is spot on. They are all friendly and helpful. My ginger pork stir fry was delicious. I had a piece of the Nori shiso chicken which was very crispy and tasty. I didn’t try my friends ahi katsu but it did look good. We did go early for parking which was good since the lot isn’t very big and full when we left. Just tried the sesame salted buns, great flavor and a must buy.“

“the staff is phenomenal, the food is incredible, and the drinks are amazing. Does that give you an indication of how much we love this place? You can find a lot of places that have one or two of the three but it's a rare restaurant that hosts all three in a convenient location. I've not had a single thing on the menu that I wouldn't order again and I've eaten the entire menu except for two entrées, many of them two or three times.“

“We celebrated a big anniversary at Pai and WOW - they made it extra special. We did the four course menu with wine pairings. The service was top notch. The food was inspired, creative, delicious, and locally sourced. Though the portions of each dish looked small, it was more than enough food and so delicious you wanted to eat every bite! The wine pairings were spot on, absolutely perfect with our chosen courses. The space has such a lovely vibe - clean and modern, but comfortable and well appointed. There really isn't another dining experience quite like this on the island. Justine and Kevin have created such a beautiful place with incredible food and service. Pai is definitely a must-try restaurant. We will definitely be back.“

“We went to this branch instead of the Waikiki one because there's a better chance here to get a seat. You do have to queue during lunchtime but the line does move fast. We came here om a rainy day and the udon soup was heavenly. You can kinda customize your plate and add some fried extras. Friendly and efficient service. It was all in all, excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant!“

Everything from the pro shop to the starter area felt organized. Watched a few drives on Hole 10 Looks like a solid Robin Nelson design that demands accuracy. Good vibes all around.“

“I went here after climbing diamondhead, the only reason it’s not five stars is simply because of seating and location , the portions were well sized so you don’t overeat, and the miso was so good even on a hot day. the tuna was fresh and the servers were sweet !“

“A MUST VISIT! I'm writing this review as a repeat customer. I've tried Fumi's when they were in the North Shore and I've tried their food twice now at the Ala Moana location and it's delicious!

I came this time because I really wanted to check out their Garlic Basil Chicken. If anyone has ever had TapEx Taiwanese style popcorn chicken in San Diego, then you will be very pleased with this dish. I love the balance of spice, texture, and smothering their delicious spicy garlic butter shrimp sauce on my rice.

“Really local spot, the bar staff is amazing. They always make sure they’re taking good care of you. The food isn’t the priority but it’s good when you order. The drinks are good and the atmosphere is very welcoming if you play your cards right. Keep in mind this is a local spot so come in humble and you might get a spot at the bar. If you do, it’ll be your new favorite spot.“

“The food was absolutely incredible. My friend and I are huge foodies and love trying new spots around town. We obviously ordered most of the menu haha and everything was delicious! A highlight for me was the oxtail dumplings, a must have if you visit the restaurant. I forget the name but the banana infused liquor cocktail was one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had!
Overall I think the price of the meal (considering the quality of food/ preparation) was expensive but fair. If you like good food and a calm environment this place is amazing. If your a cheapskate I wouldn’t recommend. Would 100% come back again.

After school hours (because there’s a high school across the street), the place is usually completely full so it’s best to come not during a rush. Peach lemonade tea was pretty sweet and I was kinda bummed with all the ice. It made it hard to drink the pearls with the ice in the way.

“Well my friends, Finally made it back to En Fuego! We all ordered our normal favorites and we all loved our dishes. I got the pastele stew with garlic chicken. As much as I enjoyed the stew, I was so sad that I didn't have more garlic chicken! It was amazing! Not overly garlicky or to hard. So freaking good. This is definitely my new favorite garlic chicken. We also ordered the squid luau and is was ono! Nice chunks of squid and just the right amount of coconut and sweetness.
