“The food was flavorful, fresh and delicious. My husband and I had the 2 choice poke bowls and the amount of food in each bowl was very generous. The food came out super fast. The iced kona coffee with coconut cream was really good. I definitely recommend this place.

“Stopped here on a whim for some shave ice and was pleasantly surprised! Folks working at the truck were super friendly. The syrup on the shave ice was made with real fruit!!!! We tried mango + lemon and blueberry + lemon and both were delicious. Also you can’t beat 3 shave ice and a fizzy water for less than $20!

“Take the tour! You will be amazed. Beautiful property, fun tour, educational. Escorted by three friendly dogs Snickers, Brownie and Bear. They chased a boar and helped guide us through unbelievable adventures. Great Coffee, Tea, Fruits, Nuts, Experience.“

“We stayed at the Marriott and swung in to the coffee shop for breakfast. The drinks were perfect - latte had a nice layer of foam, and a heart to boot. The Ube cold brew was unexpectedly delicious - easy to see why it's a staff pick! We tried two different croffles and honestly I dont know why people make real waffles anymore, when they can have one of these instead. The waffle was PERFECTION, layered and crispy and buttery and chewy in the best ways. I ordered the garlic bread grilled cheese and would eat it every day if I had the chance. The chips were nicely seasoned too! Breakfast sandwich was eaten too fast by my husband to take a picture, but I heard it was good.
2 drinks, 2 croffles, grilled cheese and a breakfast sandwich was $58 before tip. Definitely reasonable considering island pricing (I actually think I pay more for a large latte in Minnesota than we paid here!)
11/10 would recommend - we'll probably go back for breakfast tomorrow!“

“My son and I frequent this cute business. The staff is friendly and service is good. Management treats their employees well and the teamwork and positive vibe feels great .The smoothies are good and you can choose your ingredients including making healthy choices. You can get all whole non sugar based real ingredients for your smoothies.Coffee is smooth and the baristas make the drinks properly. My son is on a strict healthy lifestyle kick with his father and the staff modifies any stuff and is so nice about modifications and answering his ingredient source questions.“

“My husband got a ninja star roll and said this was some of the best sushi he’s ever had. The wait time said 2 hours when we first walked up, but we only got the 1 roll and only waited maybe 10 minutes, so we were really happy about that.
Definitely a must try when in Kona!“

“This is a great little place on the beaten path that actually won't disappoint! You can enjoy wonderful food and cocktails while overlooking Kailua bay. We had the sauteed mushrooms and locally made sourdough bread to start, and the seared ribeye steak entree - everything was above par. We will be back!“

“We just enjoyed a beautiful sunset while we sipped a Maitai. Followed by a delicious Caprese appetzer and the entrees which included Egg plant parmigiana and Aloha Chicken and Build your own pasta. “Kanaka Kava is one of my favorite spots on the island! They have the best kava by far! 'Awa is grown and harvested fresh by local their Hawaiian Kanaka Maoli farm, they are a truly local native family business. They have the best Hawaiian food I've found for purchase on Hawai'i. It's so good I have to go every time I'm in Kona! Connect to the native culture and eat of the best Island food. They have vegan options too. Aloha e Kanaka Kava!“

“I ate there twice in March, and twice in April, not brisk service, Hawaiian leisure!, but incredible food! The coconut shrimp, with either sauce (although I loved the sweet chili), both panko and beer battered fish and chips were delicious, and I never expected to find THE tastiest BLT sandwich I have ever eaten!“
