“Ate in the more casual restaurant. No bookings, lucky enough to get a good table for sunset. Food was better than expected - decent burger (nothing special) and really good pizza. Atmosphere isn’t great and felt a little run down. Prices okay for the location”

“Not sure what all the bad reviews about staff and food quality were all about, this place was great! The Kalua pork was a good portion size and very flavorful. The view is amazing and the staff were very attentive.

I think many of these reviews are over critical for small things because of the high price point but don't factor in you are eating in a historic location with a view that you rarely find anywhere else in the world for a restaurant.”

“You want to eat here. Trust me. Convenient to the National park entrance, and easy to find. Two brand new picnic tables to sit and eat. The food was delicious and reasonably priced with good portions. After walking 9 miles in the park, these tacos were sooo welcome.”

“We got vegetable fresh rolls (literally just veggies), fried rice and pad see-ew with tofu and vegetables. Portions were big and tasty. Good value for the money. Not place to sit. But easy to find, next to golf course, with parking. Recommend, would come back!”

“Our group stopped here and ordered a myriad of food items- chili, quiche, the daily special, a cinnamon roll, 4 different types of deli sandwiches, mac salad, potato salad, mango tapioca pudding, and the lilikoi limeade. All of it was fantastic!! Don’t miss adding on the tapioca pudding and the limeade (so delicious!!) The line was out the door when we arrived but it moved quickly. Excited to eat here next time we are in the area!”

“We had breakfast here. The cafe is clean and has the charm of a military canteen. The waitress was super nice, because they made our order wrong, but they cooked the food again without further ado.
