“Best poke I have ever had!
Ordered on Uber Eats the first time and went back in person the very next day. The lady who runs the place is so kind. And the this is not only just the best poke but probably just some of the best food I have ever had. I will be sad to leave and not come here again until my next visit.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 Stars. This place has the best quality poke I’ve had! Spicy King Salmon, Spicy ahi with Uni! 🥢🥢🥢 We go here for all our poke and sashimi platters, we get spicy ahi, Hawaiian salt tako, and tobikko King Salmon. In love. They have two locations, one with indoor dining! Perfect for families as well.“

“Hands down, the freshest and most uniquely flavorful poke on the island. The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain how each creation is deeply rooted in the culture and history of the Hawaiian experience.
The buttered garlic ahi poke is a standout—an inspired and unforgettable interpretation of the iconic shrimp food trucks on the North Shore. If you’ve ever been there, one bite is all it takes to close your eyes and feel transported straight back to that moment in time.
The level of seafood expertise here is truly second to none. A recent addition to the already seasoned team brings an extraordinary creative flair that elevates the entire flavor experience even further.
Without question, Alii Fish Market will be a staple on my regular rotation every time I’m on Oʻahu.“

“There is seating and you can bring about four or five people per table. There’s also seating outside. It’s a really cool area of dying with family, friends or coworkers and also there is parking lots of parking right behind. It is literally connected within the storage building. literally it is located across McKinley high school’s football field. It is such a jam. They have really good fish there. The ambience is calm. It’s pretty quiet and next-door they have other high-end restaurants. This is a really good area to be in if you want to hang out with people visiting and or just bonding.“

“Love this spot. It is a quick and fresh poke spot. They serve fresh fish in all their bowls and rolls etc. Street parking is fairly easy to find close by and they have indoor counter seating and a small outdoor patio. The costumer service has always been good.“

“Yummy options, from local ahi poke to salmon and octopus. Good selection of toppings.. friendly staff.. in a prime location. Decent price for Waiki, more expensive than similar poke places in Manhattan so don't expect cheap. Regular, which is large portion is large.“

“This place has some great poke, bento, and musubi choices, including options for vegans and vegetarians. It is a convenient location, too, in the same strip mall as Starbucks, so a great stop to get morning coffee and breakfast or lunch for the day. They sell out sometimes of the vegetarian options, though, which is a testament to how yummy their food is!“

“The best to ring in the new year, ran into a bit of a snafu trying to pick up my order, (no fault of theirs), she went above and beyond and still got my order! I love them and what they represent. My go to for the freshest poke on the island hands down! My friend Chef Adam Tabura recommended them and the rest is history! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Breakfast at Fresh Bites has become a weekly routine for me. To the point that they remember my order... Service here is fast and you can usually get a table to dine in pretty quickly. Prices are reasonable and I like the diversity of the menu. I often get the mochi benedicts for breakfast and poke bowls for lunch.“

“This cafe was right by our hotel, and honestly, I didn’t expect much. But the poke bowl completely blew me away. the fish was unbelievably fresh, and every bite was full of flavor. We loved it so much that we kept coming back for lunch and dinner throughout our stay. There was always a line, which is usually a sign that the food is amazing“

“Hidden gem, I love the sweet potato with the spicy ahi here. I’m from Oahu and haven’t had a favorite poke spot besides places I’ve been on Big Island or Foodland, but this place is an easy favorite. The guys who work here know their stuff haha, you get so much food too and the cost is worth it for the quality.“

“My wife and I stayed at the Wayfinder Waikiki for a week recently. We loved the accommodations but were pleasantly surprised by the incredible in-house restaurant, Redfish. The Happy Hour featured the best Poke Nachos we’d ever eaten. The ahi and Torched Misoyaki were premium fish with an outstanding flavor and combined with a second dish, were perfect for the two of us. We combined the Poke with two of our other favorites, Honey Walnut Shrimp and the Redfish Fish and Chips. The fish and chips was the fresh catch of the day and the chef served up swordfish and other specialities that featured local Hawaiian fish.
Finally, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the wait staff. One young lady named Kaya, served us on a couple of occasions and she is one of the most thoughtful, joyful, fun, and attentive servers we have ever experienced. She always recommended the fantastic combinations that we enjoyed and really enhanced our Redfish restaurant experience. If you decide to visit Redfish, look for Kaya and you’ll enjoy great food and incredible service!“

“Looking for late night food? Hnl Poke is the spot late night bar food! I got the nachos and steak plate. Nachos was ok I paid a additional $3 for kalua topping. The Steak had good sear and seasoning. In total I spent $30 still cheaper than Zippys“

“The atmosphere in that food court is a bit crap, but luckily the poke place has indoor seating! The poke itself was a very generous portion (I got a large, with 3 fish scoops of fish) and I barely managed to finish it. Everything was very tasty and fresh, and the staff were very friendly“

“Piko Kitchen & Bar Downside: The noise level can be a bit challenging, but it's a city spot, so that comes with the territory. Upside: Tasty pupus with a solid variety, all at a very affordable price. I'd recommend it for a quick bite or a daytime snack when you're in the neighborhood. Mahalo 🍽️“

“Please support your local businesses! This is a hidden gem and the food is delicious. The lady that waited on me was wonderful and informative. I had the Salmon Donburi (poke bowl) with the Miso soup (about 1/2 cup). For those of you who like the aesthetics of a meal, it was prepared in a delightful and beautiful manner. I felt bad that I had to eat the beautifully prepared dish. The soup was good and the Salmon donburi was salted to a perfection and the rest of the bowl (avocado, cabbage, greens) complemented it well.“

“My favorite restaurant in the whole world! Poke is of course the best. Seeing them filet the giant ahi’s and then mixing all the stuff just adds ambiance to me. Have to go early to see this though. Also love all the daily plates and the fried chicken.“

“Kau Kau is serving up delicious grinds consistently. The BBQ sauce on the ribs is some of the best I've ever tasted. Mac salad is kept separately so it doesn't get warm sitting next to the ribs and rice. Prices are fair. If you have never been, I strongly suggest you try it. The whole menu on point.“

“I went to several great poke places during my trip to Hawaii, and this one was by far the best. The salad was fresh and the dressing was delicious. They say they don't use frozen fish, so the tuna sashimi was so fresh and the seasoning was perfect, making it the best. Even my 11-year-old son enjoyed it very much!
The owner, Tommy, was very pleasant and friendly.
I was so sad that I visited on the last day. I definitely recommend it.“

“Paradise poke is a clean and inviting poke/local foods spot. I would put them up with the top dogs in terms of poke. I didn’t get a chance to taste their plated food but everything sounded amazing. I ordered the 2 choice poke bowl. I got the Hawaiian Alaea style with the Ginger scallion combos with the yuzu cucumbers. The bowl was so refreshing and the fish was amazingly fresh. This won’t be the last time I’ll be visiting.“

“Located inside the Central Pacific Bank Plaza at the back corner where it says Aloha Beer (but it's bento actually).
Quality sushi! It's in a casual setting, but the quality and taste are not casual. There were many things I wanna try but finally decided on doing the chirashi bento.
Delicious and fatty fish! One thing you can tell if this place has good fish or not is by trying their red tuna. Quality places would give you a nice cut that's bright red with subtle mild fish flavor. Budget places will give you tuna that has a lot of ligaments and almost no fish flavor. Their red tuna was good, along with the ika (squid), negitoro (minced tuna), some fatty white fish, hamachi, crab meat (with light mayo), salmon and shrimp (although I wish it was amaebi instead). Their rice was also yummy with good seasoning and al dente texture.
Prices were not cheap but not ridiculous. I paid $24 for my bento, wish there's just a little more seafood. They have other options that are more affordable.
I went during week after 12:30pm and there was no line. I just walked up to the kiosk to browse what they had and placed my order. The card machine on the left of the screen also takes tap payment. There's also plenty of indoor and nice outdoor seating.
Would definitely go back if I want some sushi for lunch!“

“Ordered the roasted pork with their popular wasabi masago poke, and it was delicious. The pork was crispy and flavorful, good even without the dipping sauce. The wasabi ahi was firm, fresh, and balanced, with the wasabi enhancing without overpowering. This spot is now on my list for takeout when I am in the area. Staff were friendly and easy to chat with, and I appreciate businesses like this.“

“The food was in a large portion for a medium and the cashier said the toppings they add are default unless you want to take them off which was a nice option. The food was fresh and flavorful. But prices may vary from each poke shop if you want poke from here it's a fine option.“

“Found this small restaurant as I walked around the area. Prices have increased from the menu I saw posted on here. Most are three dollars higher. There is a small seating area and I suppose you can eat there but this seems more like an order and go type of place. Food is decent. I found the portions to be spot on. I couldn’t finish my bento box and I took a bite of the poke bowl my wife ordered. Both were good. Fresh stuff. I’d recommend for sure.“

“Food was amazing.full of locals. It’s upstairs and around a courier. Definitely worth going to.“
“Get there early and you’ll be very happy. This place has some of the best poke you can find anywhere. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, which makes sense given the location—right on the fishing docks. You can really tell the fish hasn’t traveled far from the ocean to your plate. The selection is excellent, the flavors are spot-on, and the atmosphere feels authentic and local, not touristy. Watching the boats and being so close to where the fish are brought in just adds to the experience. If you’re serious about good poke, this spot is absolutely worth a visit—just don’t wait too late in the day or you might miss out.“
