Simply Local is the indoor store and has a great selection of local gifts, including fresh leis. And if fresh flowers are out of the question, there are beautiful prints of leis instead. I bought a matching set of a native plant patterned tea towel and washi tape by Hinu Rise, which felt fitting as gifts for our friends in Japan.“

I’ve traveled through 42 states and sampled bubble tea and street food almost everywhere, and Street Market Boba stands out as one of the very best. Their boba drinks are perfectly balanced rich tea flavor with pearls that stay chewy and fresh to the last sip.

The noodles are spot on with authentic texture and a deeply flavorful sauce, and the steak is tender, juicy, and seasoned better than many upscale restaurants.

This place isn’t just good “for the island” it’s honestly one of the top boba and street-food spots I’ve found in the entire country, and absolutely the number one on Maui. A must visit!“

“Austina's has been our go-to place to eat at the Maui Swap Meet. Garlic fried rice and eggplant omelet are so good with a cup of fresh coffee. Lumpia is very good as well. They serve different kakanin (Filipino snacks) also. I don't know if they still served the famous Maui Swap Meet garlic noodles, that's also a must try.“

“Our family from California, along with our visiting from Korea, all loved the food here. The food truck staff were incredibly kind and friendly. There's a nice area where you can sit down and enjoy your meal, and the play area with cornhole and Jenga was a bonus for our two teenagers.“

“One of the food trucks in the Maika’i market in the Maui Mall Village and possibly my favourite meal in Maui. Food is made to order so the pork was crispy, juicy and so tender. The fresh onion, tomato, and vinegar dipping sauce balanced the pork’s richness and fattiness beautifully. The people running it are friendly and clearly care that they are serving great food. Huge portion too - it served as both lunch and dinner! Would love to go back and try more things.“

It was utterly divine!!!! I wish I could take this plate home on the flight. I wouldn’t miss out on this meal.

My husband got the combo plate with the fukake fried poke and the ribeye and it was mouth watering. ALL the flavor and juiciness you could imagine. I 1000000000000% would recommend.“

“Awesome set up and great variety of food. This is a very well organized food truck court near the airport with lots of covered tables and several food trucks to choose from. We went on a Thursday night when they have live music (Three to Five - great local band!) and enjoyed a few different dishes from Thai Mee Up and Havens. All was delicious, fairly priced and ready in a reasonable time. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back for sure - lots more to try!“

“My wife and I were walking to Cupies to try their food for the first time. We saw some food trucks near by and thought we would take a look see. We decided to try Da-Soriano Grindz instead of Cupies. I built my own grinds plate(hope I used the proper grammatical structure?). I chose the Chinese marinated pork belly and shrimp with salad and noodles. THE BOMB YO! BROK DA MOUT! My wife and I shared it and we were both stuffed. The location is quiet, super clean, lots of shady benches(not shady as in Slim Shady-LOL) and the small customer-only restroom was spotless. There are not many food trucks here and we did not try the others, so I cannot help you there. Kudos though to all the truck owners(they refer to themselves as “tenants”) for they all pitch in to keep this space invitingly attractive.“

“We stopped here for dinner after a long day of traveling. The woman who helped us was very sweet. She answered my mom's (who is very allergic to seafood) questions about what food was cooked on what grills. Chicken and Shrimp are for sure cooked separately. I forgot to order a lemonade ($5 for 1), so when I went back up, the woman at the stand gave me my lemonade and was gracious enough to cover the change I would have had to pay left over (.21). The food was great! Big portions for what you pay for. The Gyros were fantastic, I would definitely visit again.“
