“Hidden gem of Poke, definitely sushi grade sushi in this poke as every bite was silky. Every bowl is mixed to order so the fish is not over marinated like grocery store poke.
Definitely, the best poke bowl I have ever had. Worth a stop on the 2nd floor. Super nice people.
Quiet place with dine in, don't let the environment fool you, these people know what they doing.“

“Amazing little hole in the wall poke shop. I got the yuzu shiso ahi poke bowl and it was sooo delicious. The rice to fish ratio was also perfect.
The place isn’t super obvious to find, but the location on Google Maps is accurate. The seating is very limited, so you’ll likely want to/need to take it to go.
Highly recommend!“

“Some friends and I wanted to check this place out met the owner, awesome guy, super friendly, welcoming. We ordered breakfasts and the poke plates, I really wish we took pictures to show the beauty of these plates but it looked so delicious that we all dove into our food right away and I shit you not, it was even better it looked. The poke was spot on, could not taste fresher then if it swam out the ocean into your mouth! If can, give this spot a try, it did NOT disappoint.“

“I went here after climbing diamondhead, the only reason it’s not five stars is simply because of seating and location , the portions were well sized so you don’t overeat, and the miso was so good even on a hot day. the tuna was fresh and the servers were sweet !“

“There is seating and you can bring about four or five people per table. There’s also seating outside. It’s a really cool area of dying with family, friends or coworkers and also there is parking lots of parking right behind. It is literally connected within the storage building. literally it is located across McKinley high school’s football field. It is such a jam. They have really good fish there. The ambience is calm. It’s pretty quiet and next-door they have other high-end restaurants. This is a really good area to be in if you want to hang out with people visiting and or just bonding.“

“Paradise Poke is a fantastic spot for fresh, flavorful poke made with high-quality ingredients. The fish is incredibly fresh, the toppings are plentiful, and the sauces perfectly complement every bowl. The friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere make every visit enjoyable. It's a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Hawaiian poke in Honolulu.“

“The poke is good. Somewhat expensive but portions are generous. Aimed towards Asian/pac islander diet so a healthy portion of rice. Mainlanders might find it too much. Sushi is fresh. Got it a few times. Surimi(imitation crab meat) is good. The scallops are good. It's a full meal in a bowl. Small bowl is not much less than the regular bowl in size and price but you get to choose 3 proteins in the regular bowl. Good and consistent quality. Might have to fight for outdoor seating as it gets packed.“

“The best to ring in the new year, ran into a bit of a snafu trying to pick up my order, (no fault of theirs), she went above and beyond and still got my order! I love them and what they represent. My go to for the freshest poke on the island hands down! My friend Chef Adam Tabura recommended them and the rest is history! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Stopped by during the weekday lunch rush and was super impressed! Even with a bit of a line, it moved really quickly, and I had my order placed in about 15 minutes.
I went with the XL poke bowl with tuna and salmon in a wasabi shoyu base. The fish was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and incredibly filling. Fast, friendly service and great quality. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m near Waikiki!“

“If you are looking for the best poke on Oahu, K.Bay Bros Fish and Ice is the spot. The quality is unmatched—the fish is incredibly fresh, the cuts are perfect (great texture, no stringy pieces), and the flavors are perfectly balanced. Everything we tried was just ridiculously good. Highly recommend stopping by!“

“Hidden gem, I love the sweet potato with the spicy ahi here. I’m from Oahu and haven’t had a favorite poke spot besides places I’ve been on Big Island or Foodland, but this place is an easy favorite. The guys who work here know their stuff haha, you get so much food too and the cost is worth it for the quality.“

“We had two experiences with Redfish over our 4-day trip, as it was in our hotel (Wayfinder). The first experience was better than the second.
The first was dinner. We got a poke flight (California, Roll, Hawaiian Salmon, Ginger/Scallion Hamachi), cucumber zuke, a side of rice, and a burger with fries. We were able to use our hotel welcome drink tokens to grab drinks from the pool bar. All of the food was delicious and I was so happy that I got to have Foodland poke without leaving my hotel! Our server Molly was very nice and attentive.
The second time was a lunch. We got the poke flight (same options), cucumbers, and rice again. This time, everything was salty, as though someone had salted liberally during plating. We got through it with lots of water, but I did feel compelling to tell our server in case anyone else was to have a problem that day. I didn't request a refund or anything because I understand the poke is made fresh every day, and probably by a different person each time.
In all, I recommend Redfish, and would like to return to try items not on the poke menu.“

“This is a not a dine in place, pick you poke or hand roll, order, pay(card only) and head on out. There are a couple of small tables outside though. Food was delicious, service was friendly. If you're looking for a chill spot to hang, this isn't it.“
“I had an amazing breakfast here and would definitely come back! The guava smoothie and mango smoothie were both incredible—fresh, refreshing, and easily some of the best smoothies I’ve had. The loco moco was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly, with a rich gravy that brought everything together. I also tried the fried rice with eggs and sausage, and it was just as delicious. The portions were generous, the food came out fresh, and everything tasted homemade and high quality.
The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was friendly, and the entire experience was fantastic. If you’re looking for a great breakfast spot, this place is definitely worth a visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“The Food is Phenomenal – Get Here Now!
The food here was absolutely fantastic, but the service is what really sets it apart. You can always judge a place by its staff, and these guys were not only recommending everything I ate but bragging about the rest of the menu. They even let me sample a few things—it’s clear they’re proud of what they’re serving. They mentioned the grand opening is coming up shortly, so do yourself a favor and go eat here before everyone else finds out how awesome it is!“

“Heard huge hype about this place - the staff was not that welcoming or helpful to my questions.
The fish is good but not as fresh as some of the other poke restaurants I had in the area .
Still a solid option to get a good poke“

“I went to several great poke places during my trip to Hawaii, and this one was by far the best. The salad was fresh and the dressing was delicious. They say they don't use frozen fish, so the tuna sashimi was so fresh and the seasoning was perfect, making it the best. Even my 11-year-old son enjoyed it very much!
The owner, Tommy, was very pleasant and friendly.
I was so sad that I visited on the last day. I definitely recommend it.“

“I love everything about the poke here. Poke bowls are one of my goto takeout meals. I love it here becausd they have an option for sushi rice. For me, poke bowl aint bowling without the right rice. The tuna is crazy fresh. The variety is also A+ its just so sad that in this economy eating out is a rarity for my family and i.“

“Never fails. You think the place is closed, you open the door and theres about 8 people standing room only, waiting for their orders. The girls work fast at slicing your fresh sashimi for salads, bowls and bentos. Frying salmon or ahi belly and hamachi Kama. And don’t forget about the laulau with kalua pig and lomi salmon plate. Why not ask for a side of poke. Always sooooo ono. Enjoy 😉“

“Currents Sushi & Sake is a standout spot for fresh, well-executed sushi in a clean, modern space with great vibes.
The unagi avocado bowl was excellent—glazed eel with a nice char, perfectly ripe avocado slices, sesame seeds, and a generous pile of green onion over seasoned rice, plus a solid hit of wasabi. The rolls delivered too: the spicy tuna-style pieces with green onion and tobiko had bright, clean flavors, and the salmon roll topped with crispy bits and sauce had great texture contrast. The fried bites (served with lemon and dipping sauce) were crispy and satisfying as a side.
Service was smooth, the dining area feels open and comfortable with nice lighting and ocean-themed details, and the overall experience was relaxed and enjoyable. Portions were generous and everything tasted fresh. Highly recommend if you’re craving quality sushi and sake in a welcoming setting. Will definitely be back.“

“Found this small restaurant as I walked around the area. Prices have increased from the menu I saw posted on here. Most are three dollars higher. There is a small seating area and I suppose you can eat there but this seems more like an order and go type of place. Food is decent. I found the portions to be spot on. I couldn’t finish my bento box and I took a bite of the poke bowl my wife ordered. Both were good. Fresh stuff. I’d recommend for sure.“
