Hands down the best food I had during my week in Maui.“

Kihei Fish House by Maui Grill is a highly recommended spot! Their coconut shrimp are delicious, and the grilled mahi-mahi with special sauce is so yummy. Every plate comes with tasty rice, sweet potato salad, and green salad. All the meals are consistently good! While the waiting time can be a bit long, the shaded outdoor seating with 6 long tables makes it comfortable. Definitely check this place out for fantastic seafood.“

“Stopped by the Kihei Food Truck Park after seeing it driving by a couple nights ago. It turns out Vidads has the (strangely) elusive garlic noodles we’ve been searching for! And at so much better of a price than anywhere else on the island! The garlic noodles were incredible and the beef on top was mouthwatering. Afterwards, we got the taro boba and ube boba and they were unbelievably affordable and delicious. Service was quick and servers were friendly! Garlic Noodles“

Drink was about 8oz and full of ice for about $7. Each sooo was a dollar, but was tasty! Service was great, super welcoming and went the extra mile to ask us if we needed extra utensils a bag, napkins, etc. Seems like basic service but you’d be surprised at how many places you have to verbally ask for those things in HI if it’s your first trip. 4.8/5- only ding was the small drink- would recommend.“

I always get the protein focaccia sandwich and warrior cold-pressed juice. I also love their salted chocolate chip cookie when I am in the mood for a sweet treat. It’s large and on the chewier side!“

The service was helpful and the environment was great because it was covered, and clean tables, and the plants outside Plantation plate were gorgeous!“

“I know what you might be thinking when you see this place. Should I really bother trying to get genuine BBQ in Maui? Will this really stack up to a Carolina, Memphis, KC or Texas joint? Surprisingly, yes.

These folks know what they're doing, are super friendly, and their BBQ is legit. They're using local wood in their offsets too, so it is a unique experience compared to other places.

I went back a second time during my stay on the island because of the flavors, amount of food, cost, and extremely nice staff. So positive, friendly, and all around good vibes. I purchased the chicken burrito and corn in a cup twice. Excellent both times. This time around we added on the chicken taquitos. Also delicious. We recommend and would definitely go back.“

“My wife and I were walking to Cupies to try their food for the first time. We saw some food trucks near by and thought we would take a look see. We decided to try Da-Soriano Grindz instead of Cupies. I built my own grinds plate(hope I used the proper grammatical structure?). I chose the Chinese marinated pork belly and shrimp with salad and noodles. THE BOMB YO! BROK DA MOUT! My wife and I shared it and we were both stuffed. The location is quiet, super clean, lots of shady benches(not shady as in Slim Shady-LOL) and the small customer-only restroom was spotless. There are not many food trucks here and we did not try the others, so I cannot help you there. Kudos though to all the truck owners(they refer to themselves as “tenants”) for they all pitch in to keep this space invitingly attractive.“

Our group of 10 people really enjoyed all the dishes especially the grilled pork, pompano and bangus. Forgot to take photos of the food as we dug right in! Worth the trip! “Awesome set up and great variety of food. This is a very well organized food truck court near the airport with lots of covered tables and several food trucks to choose from. We went on a Thursday night when they have live music (Three to Five - great local band!) and enjoyed a few different dishes from Thai Mee Up and Havens. All was delicious, fairly priced and ready in a reasonable time. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back for sure - lots more to try!“

“I cannot say enough good things about Josh and Aloha Thai Fusion. We reached out just before the holidays to ask about catering our February wedding, and even through all the holiday busy stuff, we were able to lock down a menu for cocktail hour and reception dinner. Let me tell you, the food was AMAZING. We had already tried the food truck and decided we wanted Thai, which already made it so easy to cater to any vegan or GF guests at the wedding.

We had pad Thai, papaya salad, cashew stir fry and more for dinner, and the coconut shrimp at cocktail hour was definitely my fav. Josh and his team make the most delicious food and so many of my guests told me it was the best wedding dinner they’d ever had.
