“My son and I saw your IG post for Christmas Eve Prime Rib Family Dinner and we quickly made a reservation. As we walked in we instantly became comfortable, the decor has a coziness to it, but it's all fresh,clean and new. I loved the chandeliers; the green couches look inviting if we had a wait. Everyone and everything was wonderful. We both had your No Buzz Mocktails; they were delicious! The meal was perfect, the Cesar salad i could have a plate of your house made garlic croutons. Our Service was excellent and incredibly friendly, everyone was working harmoniously. We have started a new tradition in our family with yours. “Oh my gosh, I had heard about mama’s fish house for years from my family and from other people. I was finally lucky enough to try it with some of my best girlfriends! It did not disappoint at all. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful, the service was impeccable, and the food was just as expected very very delicious! It’s definitely a treat and we enjoyed it thoroughly!!“

“We went to a local place for lunch that had great reviews and were very disappointed. Came across this amazing food truck and randomly ordered a few things……ended up coming back not even an hour later to order more. Great portions, food was so good! Made to order and so yummy! The wasabi cream sauce is 🤤🤤🤤 Give this truck a try! Best meal on Maui after a week of trying different local spots!“

“If you’re thinking of going anywhere else to eat, think again & come here! The food was HOT and came out w/in the predicted time frame. Service was very friendly. The coconut shrimp & sweet potato fries were 12/10. We came here two nights in a row. Can’t recommend enough“

“Absolutely fabulous food. I love the food truck area. It's conveniently located across from the Costco parking lot and all my friends and I could order different things from different places. I had a craving for steak and scallops and this place was spot on. Delicious! Service was also friendly.“

“Balai Pata is an absolute gem, and absolutely needed on North Shore / Central Maui in what’s otherwise a restaurant abyss of tourist forward formulaic burgers & fish tacos. Part of me wants to keep it a secret, but it deserves way more recognition than it has received. I’m honestly shocked it’s not packed every single night. Their innovative fusion menu is both playful and thoughtful, with fresh, farm-to-table dishes that change often enough to keep every visit exciting. The staff are the sweetest aunties, making us feel like family and doting on our toddler every time we come. Our little one (and the rest of us!) can’t get enough of their malunggay (moringa) handmade garlic noodles. No liquor license yet, so it’s BYOB, which makes for an even more relaxed, homey vibe. Easily one of our favorite spots on the island - and I’m sure it will become one of your favorites too.“

“Easy to find food truck in the Lowe’s parking lot. We ordered two ahi plates, and one shrimp plate. They kindly accommodated a request for all salad on one plate. All plates were flavorful, although the ahi was very overcooked. Visited around 3pm on a weekday, only one person in line and still had a long wait for the food. They were kind and apologized for the wait though. Mahalo!“

“Happened to be walking by, saw how busy it was, and loved the chill vibe so I waited for a table and so glad I did. Staff is EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! Food was outstanding! The breakfast burrito was 10/10! The smash burger is one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long long time. The pancakes were fluffy and full of flavor! Would 110% recommend Cafe Mambo and definitely worth the wait if they don’t have an empty table!“

“If there were only one restaurant to eat at on Maui, for us it would be this beautiful restaurant set in a gorgeous setting of old Maui (at the Valley end of the foothills of the West Maui mountains), which serves the most incredibly presented and quite exceptionally delicious meals we’ve had, served by some of the best cooks, wait staff and owners we’ve seen anywhere…and we’ve been everywhere🤙🏼 LuckyweliveHawaii🌹indeed!“
