“Always wanted to try this place and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful dining experience seeing the sunset and enjoying the unique cuisine. We had the seafood tower and tried the tasting menu. Drinks were also great. The service was wonderful and one of the best parts of our experience. Thank you CanoeHouse!“

“The food was amazing. A bit pricey but it is ocean view restaurant in Hawaii. The lobster pasta dish was melt in your mouth delicious. Nice group of selections. The server was fantastic. Kind and funny. Also knowledgeable about menu and wines. I will definitely be back.“

“Great experience. Very nice owner and Simple place but the food was delicious. I ordered the ahi tuna and sushi bowl with sushi rice and added their chilli water on top. It was very fresh and no “fishy” taste. Wish I could eat that every day!“

“We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at Roy's. Reviews we read weren't great but we have to say our meals were very good. We weren't hungry enough for mains, but we both started with a Caesar salad which was better than most. I had the BBQ ribs appetizer, which was more than enough food for a meal and my wife had the seared Ahi tuna starter which was delicious. We'd go back again.“

“This restaurant obviously has it all going for itself with the location, on top of that the food and drinks are incredible but what makes it incredible is the service. Cristalle (sorry if I spelled this wrong) went ABOVE and beyond to make our dining experience incredible. She was so funny and engaging and made every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions for an amazing dining experience. Hopefully she remembers this quote but she was truly the “McGogger of the day”! She is an asset to the hotel and truly defines what hospitality means.“

“What an EXCEPTIONAL dinner I had here! Chef Bryan does a wonderful job! I had the Passion Killer as a cocktail which was just right and very potent. Next, I had the tomato soup as an appetizer and it was divine. Finally, as my entree I had the macadamia crusted mahi mahi. The fish was cooked perfectly and the sauce that went with it was wonderful. I added a scoop of white rice with it which was a nice balance. Ambiance and service here are second to none.“

“I wanted to Thank you for the amazing time dining at your establishment. The highlight of all was our Server Rose, she went above and beyond both nights we dined there. Rose is a exceptional Server and I hope you appreciate her as much as we did. Hopefully it will get back to Rose that we feel like she's a great person...“

“Love, love, love! Must do in Waikiki.“
“Amazing fire show with great atmosphere. Good was delicious.
Simply regrettable that even with premium tickets, drinks are not included (20$ for a small Mai Tai in a plastic cup...) and that the premium seat result in being just being light spots...“
“This is a wonderful place to eat for breakfast, with the most breathtaking views! Try the island fried rice, it’s worth the upcharge! My servers were all great, but my favorite person was Ginger who was the hostess. She has the best personality and is quite funny! Thank you for the great experience!“

“We stayed at the Hilton Waikoloa Village during our week-long trip to Hawaii, and we had such a great time!
It’s located right next to Dolphin Quest, so if you position yourself accordingly, you can watch the dolphins swim while you eat!
Our favorite dishes were the poke nachos, the kimchi burger, and the fruit plate. And our top beverages were the lava flow and the pele’s keiki (virgin lava flow). I got the fruit platter which comes with banana bread and was surprisingly filling! The fruit was fresh, sweet, and refreshing! And the lava flow and pele’s keiki drinks taste just like a strawberry piña colada. So yummy!“

“I LOVE the ambiance here. The view, the music, the hula dancing are all sublime, and service is goodm, too! Food leaves much to be desired. My frozen Mai Tai was blah...very weak! My beet salad was very skimpy on the beats and the cheese. The crust on my pizza was so tough it was nearly inedible. If Copper Bar could improve their food, it would be a 5 star experience!“

“We went for breakfast. Atmosphere is nice - restaurant is open air and has view of the resort.
Continental breakfast was $30 and full buffet (hot food - eggs, bacon, made to order omelets, etc.) was $49, which feels very expensive. Platinum and Titanum Marriott members gets continental breakfast included and them can pay $16 to upgrade to full buffet. One person can upgraded, and the other person isn’t required to upgraded. I liked this option and appreciated it. You would have no problems having just the continental breakfast as it pancakes or waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc. The quality of the food was very good. Nicely presented. My only complaint is that the service was poor - dirty plates just get stacked up on the table and no one clears them. Also, the servers do not explain the buffet. No one told us that coffee and juice were included with the buffet until we specifically asked. There is also a menu - most entrees were $25 to $30. Overall, good breakfast but it is very pricey if not included.“

“Probably the only affordable place in the entire Waikoloa village district. You can always count on l&l to give you a ton of food for an affordable price. The banana lumpia was amazing. We came here like 3 days in a row because we just refused to pay $80 for a pizza at Hilton Waikoloa.“
