“Not kidding when I say this is top-tier Thai food in the US (and I've had lots of Thai food in NYC, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, etc., as well as in Bangkok). I went here for dinner for two days straight and tried the pad thai, pad see eiw, lobster rice, and pad khee mao. ALL of these dishes are great. Hands down the best food I had during my week in Maui.“

“Austina's has been our go-to place to eat at the Maui Swap Meet. Garlic fried rice and eggplant omelet are so good with a cup of fresh coffee. Lumpia is very good as well. They serve different kakanin (Filipino snacks) also. I don't know if they still served the famous Maui Swap Meet garlic noodles, that's also a must try.“

“I’m giving these guys five stars cause they’ve always been open and honest with me and have done very fair work with me. I’ve bought more than one food card from them and they are very well put together. John and Dave are both fair and honest guys and I couldn’t stand to see that they had such a low rating on Google. They also have pulled me out of a couple jams by flying me equipment instantly when I needed it on another island. I wish them all the best, and will be glad to do business with them in the future.“

“These guys were so good and so friendly that I came back three times. The first two times I technically “dined in” at the little seating area right outside their truck and tried the Lava Flow, Mango Flow, Kula Berry Punch, and North Side Sunrise. Each drink was distinctly its very own concoction and absolutely delicious. Their wings are fantastic, the strips are delicious, and Aaron in the kitchen is outgoing, friendly, and hilarious. 10/10 would recommend these guys for any locals or tourists like myself. My wife also would recommend the Kihei Heat on the strips and says it was fantastic!“

“Stopped by the Kihei Food Truck Park after seeing it driving by a couple nights ago. It turns out Vidads has the (strangely) elusive garlic noodles we’ve been searching for! And at so much better of a price than anywhere else on the island! The garlic noodles were incredible and the beef on top was mouthwatering. “My favorite Thai food on island. The owners Sai and Mike are always friendly and give excellent customer service. My kids and I love their pad thai, and their dad loves the pork belly basil. The panang curry with tofu is my favorite, but also love the pad kra pow and eggplant basil. I love that they give a generous potion of veggies. The Thai ice tea and mango sticky rice are ono, too!“

I went back a second time during my stay on the island because of the flavors, amount of food, cost, and extremely nice staff. So positive, friendly, and all around good vibes. I purchased the chicken burrito and corn in a cup twice. Excellent both times. This time around we added on the chicken taquitos. Also delicious. We recommend and would definitely go back.“

“The plates are a great size to share between 2 people. On night 3 for our trip, this is the best food we’ve had so far (and we’ve eaten fish at other well-known and recommended spots already). We got the coconut shrimp plate. The salad dressing is amazing and the rice has such a great light flavor. The shrimp were huge. Super-well balanced meal. Our food was ready super quickly as well. Parking was easy right behind the cart. The location was a little bit closer to the west than the location says on google (it’s at the bottom of the hill).

“My wife and I were walking to Cupies to try their food for the first time. We saw some food trucks near by and thought we would take a look see. We decided to try Da-Soriano Grindz instead of Cupies. I built my own grinds plate(hope I used the proper grammatical structure?). I chose the Chinese marinated pork belly and shrimp with salad and noodles. THE BOMB YO! BROK DA MOUT! My wife and I shared it and we were both stuffed. The location is quiet, super clean, lots of shady benches(not shady as in Slim Shady-LOL) and the small customer-only restroom was spotless. There are not many food trucks here and we did not try the others, so I cannot help you there. Kudos though to all the truck owners(they refer to themselves as “tenants”) for they all pitch in to keep this space invitingly attractive.“

Definitely recommend with sour cream and cojita’s cheese! We love how the workers had such a beautiful smile on their faces when serving us. Vegetarian options: My girlfriend and I shared the potatoes and roasted poblano peppers just to switch up the way we eat and let me tell u. “Awesome set up and great variety of food. This is a very well organized food truck court near the airport with lots of covered tables and several food trucks to choose from. We went on a Thursday night when they have live music (Three to Five - great local band!) and enjoyed a few different dishes from Thai Mee Up and Havens.
