“Decided to try this place after reading the reviews. Two of us went on a Saturday around 1pm. We were the only party there, then another table of three arrived.Location: Waipahu. Don't know the name of the mall. This is the location of the former Thai Kitchen between what used to be the Chinese restaurant and the laundromat. Nearby there is Pacific Market.Parking: There is parking in that area. Hey now this is too funny! If you look at other yelp photos of the parking, even from a year ago - you'll see the same gray SUV parked in front of the restaurant license plate number NVD.....I just thought that was hilarious. What to expect: Friendly staff. They accept cash and cards. No liquor so BYOBottle. Any takeout container (for leftovers) costs $1 each. Eat all your food, or bring your own container.Atmosphere: It is a small place, with about 10-12 tables. Friendly staff. I didn't ask about a bathroom so unsure about that.Service: Friendly! Food: Nice menu. There are three banchans. I don't know if the variety changes daily. There was bean sprouts, radish, and kim chee. Would have been nice to have a green one too. We ordered the meat jun and BBQ chicken combo, stone pot bibimbap, seafood pancakes.Verdict: BBQ Chicken was excellent. Meat Jun was tasty but could've had more meat. Way too thin. We have a favorite Meat Jun spot in Aiea which sets the bar. This place did not meet that standard. If you're reading this you know the spot in Aiea.Seafood pancake was very good, though I like when they're served how I normally see it at other places, and not in little round pieces. Stone Pot Bibimbap. Now I was looking forward to this. The rice did not crisp because maybe I turned it too soon?? IDK. Also, there was something missing. Not enough sesame flavor?? Not excellente, missing the umami. We have our favorite Stone Pot bibimbap place in Ewa Beach. This place missed it by a couple marks. Price: We thought the price was comparable to other places. With the tip, our bill was around $60. Will I be returning?? Definitely, to try a few other items on the menu. Though the meat Jun and bibimbap did not meet expectations, this place is not off our list. There aren't many choices for Korean restaurants on the West Side unless you want the take out counter type where you stand in line, choose four veggies, etc.....and those aren't very good.“

“Amazing food and staff. I loved the sushi, it was the best sushi I’ve ever had in my life. It was that good. I 100% recommend this place! Miso soup was tasty. We had the Alaskan, Black Spider, S.O.S and Calvin Roll. They were all so good!“

“We wanted a late night snack and found this interesting but pot themed restaurant. They have an assortment of ramen noodle bowls that are quite good and filling. But the main attraction was the large bowl of hot broth and the tray of ten ingredients that you add to the broth to complete your meal. You then wait ten seconds to let the broth cook the meat and veggies etc. You have a choice of two different flavors broth. They also have tasty appetizersVery good and friendly service. Reasonable prices.“

“There are some free parking spots behind the restaurant. The menu has a huge section and I got a combo of spring rolls, pho and a drink for less than 20 dollars!! The food protein was satisfying, I even took the leftover home as a second meal.Everything was really fresh and delicious!! The lemonade was probably the best one I've ever had! It's homemade freshly juiced lemonade!!If you love spicy food, definitely try the chili sauce they put on the table!! It's so flavorful and really hits the spot! This cute family style restaurant is really clean and the staff was really nice, the combo comes with coffee or tea but I couldn't have caffeine so they gave me the lemonade instead which was really sweet of them!I will definitely return and try out more items next time!!“
