“oh my heart is soo full. to see the children line up after school for a refreshing sweet treat and see the barrio style place this is what makes this a magical place you can see the real hawaii and the authentic, culture and experience what the aloha spirit means and truely feel it in your soul. it is soo soothing and refreshing to have a the delight of shaved ice after a long walk on the beach.“

“Workers are EXTREMELY efficient considering the size of their work space and the endless line in the parking lot. Extremely kind, as well. I won’t get into detail because corporate entities are always watching, but I had a very bad day and I will say that they were extremely compassionate about it.
