“We had our daughter's birthday party at Over The Top. HIGHLY recommend. We did the tour and scoop option. It included the party room. The kids had SO much fun helping make an ice cream and learning about what is in it. The staff was fantastic and patient with a large group of 2nd graders!“

“This place is the best i honestly can’t believe ive never heard of this place before, my car broke down on the side of the road due to a popped tire, this girl with glasses waiting outside to clock in walked out of her own car to lend me a hand and completely changed my tire on her own in return i offered her 80 bucks but she said no and it was just a kind gesture i went inside got a couple of snacks for my nicks and the food is just so amazing they can’t stop eating it.“

“We decided, as we drove by, to stop in and see what this place was about. It was a really nice environment (kind of like Molly's Cupcakes). I tried the "Molly's Mashup", where the take a cupcake, split it in half, and put ice cream in between with a topping (I opted for red velvet cupcake with strawberry lemonade sorbet with whipped cream) and he tried a double scoop of mixed berry swirl ice cream. The awesome thing about the mixed berry swirl was it had pieces of vanilla cupcake in it. We were satisfied with what we got and plan to try a different combination the next time we come!!!“

“I made an order to pickup and when I walked in the door there were 5 employees and not a single one acknowledged me in any way. Not one smile or even eye contact. They were all very busy working and I get that but it only takes a second to acknowledge a customer. The cookies look fantastic and taste amazing. No complaints about the product but I do think the customer experience is not great due to being ignored by the staff.“

“The soft-serve is pretty good. My only (very juvenile) complaint is the lack of toppings but I guess if the ice cream is good, you don't have to pile candy onto them. Didn't know they served food until we came in last weekend. Looks like there are separate counters depending on what you want to order. Limited seating. “This is in a predominately Latino strip mall so a lot of the staff don't speak much English but I can usually get by on hand gestures. The paletas (popsicles) are really good here! I usually get the "fresa con crema" which is strawberries and cream. They also do a lot of other novelty foods which I haven't tried yet, but they seem very popular! They also have hand-scooped ice cream but I'm not sure if it's made in-house or not. Apparently, that was very good and creamy!“

“The milk tea & boba are great; a bit expensive though. I did get a bit confused on where to order, although I did end up finding it after a minute or two. There were a bunch of people there, took about 5-7 minutes for my drink to be done despite the amount of people. Only criticism I would give is the cost, $7 for a milk tea with boba in it is pretty expensive. (For me, at least.)“
