“This place is the best i honestly can’t believe ive never heard of this place before, my car broke down on the side of the road due to a popped tire, this girl with glasses waiting outside to clock in walked out of her own car to lend me a hand and completely changed my tire on her own in return i offered her 80 bucks but she said no and it was just a kind gesture i went inside got a couple of snacks for my nicks and the food is just so amazing they can’t stop eating it.“

“We recently had the Outside Scoop truck at our wedding and I think it was one of the best decisions we made! We have loved getting ice cream from Outside Scoop for years, so we felt it was the perfect idea to have them at our wedding as well. The booking process was easy, we got to choose the ice cream flavors, and they communicated very well. We got a lot of compliments on having ice cream at our wedding and would highly recommend the idea to others getting married!“

“I made an order to pickup and when I walked in the door there were 5 employees and not a single one acknowledged me in any way. Not one smile or even eye contact. They were all very busy working and I get that but it only takes a second to acknowledge a customer. The cookies look fantastic and taste amazing. No complaints about the product but I do think the customer experience is not great due to being ignored by the staff.“

“ここのﾎﾞﾊﾞﾐﾙｸﾃｨｰ美味しい！Tried their best seller milk tea w/ boba and liked it a lot! My 1st time visiting there and checked the google reviews and saw some bad reviews about this place before I visited but the store seems clean and service was quick too although there were 5 people a head of me. I’ve tried lots of boba teas in Taiwan,Japan, Canada and Cali, I think the milk tea at 8 Degrees has good flavor😋 liked their cups and the lid too.

“This is in a predominately Latino strip mall so a lot of the staff don't speak much English but I can usually get by on hand gestures. The paletas (popsicles) are really good here! I usually get the "fresa con crema" which is strawberries and cream. They also do a lot of other novelty foods which I haven't tried yet, but they seem very popular! They also have hand-scooped ice cream but I'm not sure if it's made in-house or not. Apparently, that was very good and creamy!“

“The inside is beautiful, with plants and how the tables are arranged. They even have a little area where board games were located.
I got the gelato three scoops regular strawberry and green tea. The strawberry was a bit sour but the... ????? ???!!!? was soooooo smooth(that I forgot Im lactose intolerant) having both helped balance it out. 10/10 recommend ?“

“I went here the other day and my gosh their staff is amazing! I had this sweet young girl take my order and you would’ve thought she’d have years of experience in customer service! I asked how long she had worked there and she said a little over a month. However they are training those kids they are doing amazing!“

“Had a very helpful and patient young gentleman who helped me pick some delicious 😋 chocolates for my wife and child. They also had some tasty looking Gelato that I will have to go back and try next time!
Super helpful about explanation of types and fillings and was able to suggest good options based on preferences and limitations. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Only downside is it's a little tricky to find. I bet it losses traffic being across from the burger and Chinese joints across the way.“

“We were out at an outdoor event in Des Moines. I took notice of an ice cream truck that was not familiar to me. Plenty of flavors to choose from and I was served promptly and with a smile. I could not believe that I could get the same homemade , creamery taste from a food truck ! It was amazing and my only regret is that I shared mine . Best I have had in Iowa and worth every penny , especially on a hot Iowa day!“
