“My husband and I stopped in to the Bluebird Cafe after a busy morning and had a delicious breakfast. We were immediately greeted at the door. Service was fast, staff was friendly, and I had the most delectable omelette EVER! I would definitely recommend 10/10!! We will definitely be back!!“

“The NEW Foundry in North liberty is AMAZING!! Always great food, Always a friendly smile, the food & service is what ppl go to restaurants for and GREAT food & GREAT service is definitely what you will receive here! The managers make sure the atmosphere is welcoming along with all the staff. Great place for all sizes of parties whether its 1 ppl to a latge group, they are always willing to accommodate and make it happen. This new restaurant has been booming & Im sure its ranked at #1 in the area so far! Soo happy my daughter has found her calling to serve as she continues her nursing studies! “Upscale-themed restaurant within the Hyatt Regency hotel on the Iowa River Landing. 5-star service by Kat & atmosphere were the highlight of our dinner experience, with the Iowa Corn Chowder a close second. The chestnut risotto was very good, the filet was average, the monkfish was interesting but a little bland, and the beer menu needs to be expanded to include at least one amber/belgian quad option to mirror the type of restaurant they aspire to be. We’ll definitely give it another shot in the future!“

“This place has good wings. They are not the meatiest, but they are tasty. I got the mango habanero, which I highly suggest. I can't suggest the cheese fries though. They came out and the cheese was hard and chewy. The fries would just tear.

Place has great atmosphere. Feels like a friendly pub. Seats are comfortable.

Service is good. Had to wait for some things, but not too bad. Took a little time to get someone's attention to order a drink.“

“Very unique, creative and very delicious food!When we were there, we tried the west coast wrap and it was full of greens and grilled chicken, goat cheese and pistachios.Fresh food, made to order.One goes up to the register to order and then you wait while they fix your food and then you take it and go sit down. They are multi-level, it's narrow and not excessively deep, but there is quite of bit of seating for two people or four people and even if you're just by yourself. There are larger tables up stairs, (they have two floors) The restrooms are on the second floor, as well. Stairs are used to access the second level.They also have very tasty drinks.We had the blueberry lemonade.

Vegetarian options: I do believe that you could get any wrap adjusted to your dietary needs. One could turn a wrap vegetarian. One could add cheese or leave off cheese. I think that they would accommodate that.

Kid-friendliness: I would say it was kid friendly. There is a big front window and it seems like a very fun place that children would like to be.

Parking: Street parking at metered spots, or one could park in the car park(ramps) and walk.“

“We have been to Blackstone several times. Our guests last night had not been there before, but were very pleased with the experience. Flynn’s Baked Pasta is always my favorite, but everyone was pleased with their meal. Maggie was a tremendous server. Very friendly and efficient.“

The guy placed me and my elderly family member at a 2 table seat under a register and the whole time it was cold while we were eating dinner. We asked to be moved and told us no more tables and the restaurant was not even full and there was plenty opens tables.“

“I really appreciate fresh dark roasted coffee. I couldn't find any today at noon at the Coralville Dunn Brothers. I explained what I was looking for to a very customer-focused staff member, named Taylor. She kindly went searching on my behalf, and came up with a pound of Papua New Guinea, roasted 3 days ago. I like this Dunn Brothers location because they hire people like Taylor.“

“Ate here for the first time before attending an Iowa basketball game nearby. There were good choices on the menu. I had the spicey Italian meatball grinder with fries. It was good and very filling. Prices seemed reasonable. The place was noisy so it was hard to socialize with my friends. Otherwise, a good place to eat and would go there again if in town.“

With a 7 mo old, two dogs and both of us working, we decided it was time to start outsourcing some things! We are 3 meals in and are SOLD! “Thank you so much for being open on Thanksgiving and taking online orders! Iowa City businesses were all closed but thanks to this establishment, we were able to get two hot steak dinners for an affordable price and they were good. The temp requested for the steak was med-rare and they nailed it. I do wish they had called about being out of green beans before substituting corn since one of us does not eat corn, but this is Iowa. Iowa loves corn.

The good experience with our delivery has made us interested in visiting in person. Even though the food took longer to deliver due to our original dasher canceling, it was still warm too! Everything was packaged really well, portioned well, and they even sent wet naps.

“Food was delicious as usual. We love Longhorn. Our problem was more with the server. Lizzie was mannerly and courteous but was always in a rush even though the restaurant was not close to full. We were seated at 5:40pm on a Tuesday evening. We got the feeling that she didnt want to give us time to ask for anything. She definitely did not go out of her way as a server to see if we needed anything else other than our food that we ordered. We usually have exceptional service here but we were somewhat dissapointed.“

“My husband and I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere...and I thought the fresh-squeezed lemonade was the best! My husband had breakfast for dinner...all good. I chose the meatloaf which was such a generous portion that I could only finish half of it. It was the best meatloaf I've had in a restaurant. We've been here a few times before and purposely chose to dine here during our short trip to Iowa City. It did not disappoint!“
