“ISAAC - THANK YOU!!! We stopped here quickly on 6/21 while on a road trip from WI to CO. I mentioned I was trying the Shaken Horchata for the first time and Isaac offered a little twist to it, sharing how he likes to drink it - yummm! Thanks for the recommendation!
Also, Isaac was so observant and took such great care of my husband and I. I ordered my husband a cold brew and before the barista could give it to me, Isaac noticed it had far too much foam in it and asked for it to be remade for us. We don’t to stop at Starbucks often so we wouldn’t have known any different, but it meant a lot that Isaac was holding a standard and cared!
It may not seem like a big deal but Isaac really went above and beyond. Thanks Isaac!!!“

“Everytime I come here, the girl at the register is so sweet to me and I read her name off her nametag and it's Grace. I've had so much bad experiences at other Starbucks locations or Dunkin Donuts locations but no complaints about this one!“

“I just want to thank the sweet soul working the drive thru today. I grabbed a coffee on my way to work after a long night of little to no sleep. My tears hiding behind my sunglasses. Maybe it was the shake in my voice or one of those tears slipped out. But she seemed to have known. Her sweet comment that I look lovely today, made me smile. (Also, me knowing, I look like a mess). Thank you for taking the moment to make someone’s day a little better, the world needs more humans like you.“

“I love Caribou Coffee and think everybody should try it over some *other* chain places! This place in particular has a pleasing ambiance and atmosphere that almost has a luxury lodge feel to it. Additionally my drink (lavender matcha) was one of the best matches I have ever had. Truly cannot recommend Caribou enough and will be coming back!“

“I have been to MANY Starbucks but this has to be the best experience I have ever had. This crew (Ella, Jacey, & Elsa) was so courteous, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do! The coffee was delicious but their positive energy was a great start to the morning!“
“I love the barista gals on the am shift during the week! They remember your name, are friendly and remember my order! I just wish Hy-Vee offered a special discount or promotion since sometimes they benefit from an early Starbucks trip. This Starbucks makes drinks better than the stand alone Starbucks places!“
“I struggle with protein intake and typically can’t stomach protein shakes. Twisted Nutrition is a game changer. I actually look forward to Twisted shakes! I only recently discovered this place, but find myself inventing reasons to “be in the neighborhood.” The people are great, super friendly and helpful, and not once have thy grown impatient with me trying to decide what I want lol. It doesn’t really matter what you order though because everything is yummy and nutritious. If you’re not sure what you want or need all you have to do is ask. The owner is knowledgeable and willing to help with whatever nutritional goal/need you might have. Oh and I almost forgot most shakes are Gluten Free too! I seriously don’t have a bad word to say. Just try it for yourself - you’ll be hooked!“
