“Great place for a date night, we went to celebrate our anniversary which happens to be a couple of days before Valentine’s Day. We choose Crave as a suggestion from friends Ana family and because it had the red romantic vibe (we thought). The lights outside weren’t red like the photo, they’re blue, I think maybe they alternate colors? We ordered a couple of drinks, spinach & artichoke dip, short rib dumplings, oysters on a half shell, lobster crab roll, Thai steak and noodles. Everything was good, except the dumplings which were a bit doughy for my taste. Overall I can see why this is such a popular Eagle restaurant. They’re good for a lot of different occasions.”

“Our neighbor is always scouting for new restaurants to try. She found Bacquet's and she and her husband invited my wife and I plus two other couples to join them. Reservations were made.

Bacquet's is a French restaurant, located closer the east end of State St. in Eagle, at the corner of State and Hill. There is a very nice patio area as well as the indoor dining area. The inside is nicely decorated with paintings and movie posters, for example, Casablanca. The tables have nice tablecloths and, of course, cloth napkins. It was a hot day so we sat indoors.

Our server was a very nice female brunette. I'm sorry that I did not ask her for her name. She explained the menu and the specials, and took excellent care of us. One thing she emphasized was that she would not rush us. The entree would not be started until after we received our appetizers. We were to have a fine dining experience.

A bottle of wine was ordered. Appetizers included the Ocean Flatbread, with prawns and scallops as toppers, and the Porcini Purses with Wild Mushrooms. They also served up a tasty bread, with whipped butter. For the entrees, my wife and I had the Prawn Aglio e Olio, a pappardelle pasta dish with Black Tiger Prawns, garlic, and red pepper flakes, tossed in olive oil, which brought a little heat. Others also got this dish, while others ordered the veal piccata.

All of the food was delicious, and, again, the service was excellent. They did not rush us, to the point where we arrived at 6pm, and stayed until after 9pm, when they close at 8pm. So, they were very gracious in allowing us our time.

Bacquet's in not inexpensive, so some may want to reserve their visit for a special occasion. However, I highly recommend this establishment. I was a wonderful experience!”

“Idaho pizza makes the best crust! We just ordered their 'two topping' special with mushrooms and chopped garlic - awesome combo and you could really enjoy the flavors of this pizza. Try them - this was the Eagle location!”

“Thursday nights are the time to go! Pool tournament, ping pong, giant beer pong, volleyball and more! Such an awesome atmosphere. Everyone is super welcoming and has that family feeling.”

“I have to give Dylan credit amazing server in a lot of fun. We had some strange cheese appetizer that I would’ve literally thousand pieces of if I could get away with it. My main course was fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. I find myself eating a lot of the bread too. Lol please please please very great option for lunch. Affordable how are you my company? Enjoy the side salad with soup and I really had to tell you, you should order the nitro cold brew with cream if you need to wake yourself up. Again, compliments to the service, and the amazing layout of this restaurant I’ve been away from Boise for 15 years, in a very pleased to see some of the new additions as well as an eagle Cheers! “Izumi in Eagle has always been very good and very consistent. The service is top notch, restaurant is clean. The quality of the fish at this location is better than most in the valley. Yoki is a standout sushi chef. We always like to sit at the sushi bar so we can interact with him while he makes our order. Yoki makes this trip and the bill worth it!!”

I snagged the half lemonade half green tea with peach! I also had them put a packet of equal just to sweeten it up a tad. It was just what I needed! The last couple visits to other locations have been disappointing but today's visit was fabulous!”

“Every single time we swing by Coffee & Supply, we are pleasantly surprised. In this town, excellent service, food and drink, and kindness rarely coincide with a great place to hang out. Coffee and Supply is our go to spot. Friendly service, great coffee (and chai) and those treats….. I wish they were not so tempting!”

“I am always getting coffee towards downtown Boise or in Boise. I thought I'd step out of my comfort zone and try other joints in Eagle since Eagle is right next to me. Today's Eagle pick is JoVinos. It's conveniently 5 minutes away from my house.

I have driven by this place hundreds of times and never put two and two together that this is a coffee joint. I have been to Caffeina heading towards downtown on State and their downtown location a handful of times. It's nice to know there's another one heading in the other direction for me to hit up.

Pulling up, this venue is stunning. I love the tables outside but you also see the beautiful outdoor seating available, how cozy and romantic. I walked in and can already tell by the esthetic of this joint that it's a branch off of Caffeina. The plants, chill vibe and unique set up. This coffee joint is so sexy and chill. The colors of the decor, the green lush leaves, the way the tables and chairs are set up. You can hang out and not realize how much time has passed by. Out of all the coffee joints in town, I would have never thought I would use sexy and coffee together but at this location, it fits.

I ordered my regular drink today. Med iced americano with some sugar free white chocolate. The barista that helped me was sweet and got my drink started. She was kind and asked if I wanted to pour my own cream, it was nice to have that option. I'm not picky so I let her make my drink how she saw fit.

My drink we delicious! Rich in espresso, the perfect amount of cream and slightly sweet. I sipped and enjoyed my americano while enjoying the cool atmosphere. I sat towards the back where there were huge comfy pillows. I would have loved to enjoy the outside seating but the air conditioning was feeling too good on this hot summer day.

I know this joint acts as a wine bar as well. A nice option to come in for wine or coffee for the non drinkers. Plenty of seating for few friends to come in for some beverages and gossip. This joint is nothing like anything else in town. Romantic, sexy and chill. I can't wait to come back by myself or with a few of my friends. I can see this place being a hot spot for a night cap. The waterfall, patio lighting and your favorite person. That would be a great way to end any date or get together. I look forward to having a night like this here.”

“Service Dog Friendly, very great atmosphere with pleasant blues type music. I was seated right away and the service was excellent. Captain’s rum with a view drink tasted great. I also ordered the Shrimp Linguini Scampi: Spanish Style Scampi with Green Onions and Crushed Red Pepper and it was the best I have ever tasted. Then to finish off got the chocolate cake. Highly recommend this place!”

There were a lot of new staff training and they handled it exceptionally. Our food was wonderful, I can’t complain about a single thing. We are picky drinkers and they accommodated every request. Shoutout to our server (I wish I remembered her name but she was cute and had dark dark hair) and shoutout to the chef for getting all of our orders out correctly and tasting fantastic. 10/10 tonight guys ✌️”

“My fiance and I moved to the area from west tennessee a couple months ago. I grew up cooking and eating Memphis style BBQ and I think this would hold up against just about any place in Memphis. Wings were outstanding. Tri tip was outstanding as well. Fantastic BBQ sauce. and the Mac n cheese reminded me of how my granny used to make it. highly recommend and will definitely be back.”

“OK now this is going to sound corny but bear with me.I struggle with buying anything at stores with multiple locations. They are usually lackluster and don’t have anything unique. It’s literally a cookie cutter of the last place which is nice for the food or service, but is annoying when it comes to small touches.So when I saw it I just had to say I that this cute little sharpie drawing on this machine was adorable, made me smile, and gave the place a personal touch.It’s crazy how the smallest things can add the most character to a place, but I will definitely be coming back just so I can tap my card on this little guy. Lol.”

Today I ordered a berry blast base with toppings: raspberries, strawberries, mango, chocolate chips, and honey. It was one of the best fruit bowls I’ve ever had!

“Eat here all the time. The food never gets old. It is so good from the ribs to the Brisket and the Tri tip. Love there sides. Mac and Cheese my favorite but the Baked beans and smashed potatoes are incredible as well. Love how you don’t have to sit for hours to get my food. I never have to wait. It’s prompt service. Price is reasonable considering the cost of meat and everything being made homemade. The tastes are signature. I used to live in Missouri and thought I had tasted some of the best barbecue but not until now. So good you will not regret it. The deserts are incredible as well. The Bread pudding sundae or a mixed berry cobbler. Yum They also added new stuff to the menu. The brisket tacos and their new hamburgers. Then to top it off they added Breakfast the Brisket Benedict my favorite but their waffles are light and fluffy. Definitely a five star all around. Can’t wait to go back.”
