“I ordered over 250 boxed lunch sandwiches to kick off peak for my building this year. This Arlington Heights location was on time, super friendly and the food was perfectly fresh! This was also ordered to be delivered at 7:30 AM so they accommodated the early time for us - making all of our workers and drivers happy.“

“I love Portillo's. But this location cannot get drive-thru orders correctly. They consistently order the wrong number of items, or the toppings that we ask for. We've had to call in literally the last 5 times we've been there telling them they missed something, charged us for things we didn't get, or because we were given other people's orders. Clean it up Portillo's. It's not that hard serving hot dogs.“

“Located in the food court of the Mitsuwa Marketplace (on the west side of the food court just to the right of the hallway to the bathrooms), this Japanese restaurant had a good selection of food, in usual Japanese tradition- had visual representations of all the meals, and the prices were good. This was my wife & I's first time eating at this place, and we enjoyed the food a lot. They accept cash which is huge in my opinion as a lot of the businesses and restaurants inside Mitsuwa do not accept cash; I tipped them as a result & told them Thank You for accepting cash. The lady who took our order was very friendly and answered our questions about the food with a huge smile on her face. Seating is located in the general food court area so you can't really say much about the food court other than it is very busy if you go around lunch time on the weekends, but you'll find plenty of seating for lunch on a week day.

Plenty of fun things to do before or after eating in Mitsuwa as well from the grocery store, book store, One Piece card game store, boba tea, and lots of other restaurants and food vendors.“

“It’s a Taco Bell. Not a 5 star restaurant. So if the food is not of the best quality, it’s only understandable. However, my experience was very pleasant here. Great, kind, hard working employees there. Food tasted the way I expected. Service was timely and the restaurant was kept clean. Most of all, it’s cheap. Nothing beats the value of TBell.“

Tip: make sure u specify if you want the small side of chips and queso ($1) versus the large ($5.55)
I asked for the small, and got charged for the large, but thankfully my rewards took it off for free“

“The location is fantastic. As soon as you walked in, you could tell it was very clean. The food tasted great and was very fresh. Constant cleaning from cleaning glass, wiping tables, clean bathrooms, and sweeping occurred while I ate here. The service here is also very good and the workers are nice. Everything about it this location is great! Highly recommend.“

“I've gone to this Subway location in the past. They're busy at lunchtime, it seems like they're even busier during the summer. Today they were short staffed, but they were also out of meat for the new italiano sandwiches? And then the guy ahead of me had 3 sandwiches that he needed made custom. How can someone come in at lunchtime and do that. Maybe next time call it in. I waited 15 min to my order in. And the one bathroom has been out of order for at least a month. Corporate or the owner of this location can't get someone to fix the bathroom?“
