“This place is legit Korean style. It has its own spin to the dishes but all the bowls and burritos are the perfect balance is meat, vegetables and rice. We always get the burritos and bowls. We’ve also tried the chicken katsu and it’s got the best crunch and flavor. The mini steamed mandoo is also so good. Highly recommend this place!!”

“It's been over two weeks since my family and I visited The Polish American Bistro. It would be remiss of me not to leave a wonderful review of this lovely restaurant! Ania and Darek, the owners, are the nicest and most hospitable people ever! Since I have family in Poland, it was fun to talk to them about their homeland. Now about their food . . . it's completely amazing! I ordered galumpki (ground beef and rice wrapped in cabbage). The tomato sauce on top was so delicious, it spun circles around the sauce my grandma used to make (sorry, Grandma!)! My husband ate a breaded pork cutlet with mashed potatoes. SO tasty! And my daughter opted for a cheeseburger that looked and tasted so great that we even returned the next day to order another cheeseburger to go! Our entrees were accompanied by a side of two types of salad - one made of marinated red cabbage, and the other was their super delectable authentic Polish sour cream, cucumbers and dill. As you can tell, our dinner itself was a 5-star experience. Last but not least, I must discuss their DESSERTS! When you walk into Ania and Darek's restaurant, your eyes will immediately be drawn to their multi-tier display of desserts. Unfortunately, since our stomachs were full after our delicious dinner, we couldn't even think of dessert. However, take-home was still an option! So I asked Ania to escort me to the dessert case and tell me about her sweet treats. It turns out she owns a bakery in another suburb, and all the desserts are made on location at the bakery FROM SCRATCH! So we took a few home (see photo), ate them the next evening, and they did not disappoint! I loved them all, especially the vanilla custard inside the eclair and fruit tart! The chocolately hazelnut dessert was a Kinder Bueno torte. I want to go back and try more of these amazing treats! You should really go check out The Polish American Bistro, whether or not you are Polish! They have food for everyone. Dziękuję Ania and Darek!”

“Finally good brewery in the area, so happy that we visited that place that offers very interesting beers. Their Pilsner and Lager are very solid. We also tried Farmhouse Ipa that offers interesting complexion of flavors as it is brewed and then put in barrels that once contained the wine lingering with its flavors almost like saison but keeping the good IPA profile. We will definitely visit again, hopefully soon!! :)”

I’ve ordered four different crepe mille cakes now and each cake as pretty and delicious as ever.

Update: A few months later, I ordered an 8” Mille crepe cake with passionfruit filling and asked for a custom design of poppy flowers because the birthday girl loves poppies. The cake was so fresh and tasted divine! The party guests were super super impressed and asked me where I bought the cake, what kind cake is it, what flavor?

Absolutely delicious Mille crepe cake!! I decided to order a birthday cake and some mini cakes without tasting anything first. My friends were blown away by how good the passion fruit flavor was!! The owner was also super easy to work with. She texted me pictures of different designs she can do. She’s so creative!!!”

“Hands down, I’m so glad this Quiznos is still around! In a world where other restaurants have overshadowed and pushed this chain out, I’m genuinely thankful that the owners here have kept it going in my neighborhood.

The staff is always super friendly (some even recognize me when I walk in) which just adds to the experience. And the sandwiches? Perfect every time. The bread practically melts in your mouth.

There’s something special about the nostalgia this place brings, and I’m grateful not just for the memories but for the consistently amazing food. Thank you for keeping the torch lit!”

“Today I went to Starbucks where, my daughter, Rachel worked so I could hand out dry floral pendants (flowers from her funeral to her Starbucks family! I know that Starbucks has had it’s fair share of scrutiny lately, but they have been nothing short of amazing through this. They have set a memorial table up in Rachel’s honor. They also called in grief counselors and pulled in shift support from other stores so that people who knew Rachel could take time to grieve individually as well attend her service.”
