11 Best Chinese Restaurants near Bethalto

“Busy place! Wait wasn't terrible. I got to listen to customers chatter about how they love this place and how good the food is.

This is my first time here. Food was great, service was fairly fast considering how busy they were. I'd totally come back.“

“Best Chinese take out in the area, after moving to this area I tried multiple restaurants before I decided to try hing wah and ever since then this is the only Chinese take out place I go to. From the authenticity, to the size portions, and food always being hot and fresh, hing wah chop suey does it the best!! My go to place“

“An absolutely insane experience in a good way. the family that runs it is very nice, a small and cozy restaurant with food that blows my mind. its cheap enough for anyone to afford and is incredibly delicious. It is affordable, fast, and delicious. The portions are enormous and no matter what you will have leftovers.“

“Tried their Chinese for lunch my first time. The food was great. You get a lot for what you pay for.“

“Hong Kong House - How Happy I am to have you opened again! The ONLY Chinese Restaurant in the Alton area that serves REAL Chinese Veggies in their meals - NOT frozen peas, carrots, & corn. I ordered the Veggie Fried Rice - served with thinly sliced carrots, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, baby corn, and bamboo shoots just to name a few. We also had Hunan Chicken Combo Plate with Fried Rice and Crab Rangoon - Yummy. Again lots or real fresh veggies without being over loaded with huge chunks of onion. Love Love Love the food here“

“Great ,food was good and we had a great time, but the bathroom is always horrible if they keep this up I'm going to stop going ,I thought it was a one time occurrence but every time I've been in there horrible couldn't use it and other people were complaining as well“

“Long time no go. Sister suggested after a Sunday service and before a second service. I gave her a little pushback but of course she won. It has almost gotten back to the quality it use to have at its begin. The lady definitely kept our table cleaned off.“

“Carlos is THE MAN
Always top tier experience when he’s working.
Goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience for each costumer.
And for some reason the food is always better and fresher when he’s working“

“Food is great! Have had this twice now (Orange chicken, and Mongolian Chicken)
Both times food was ready within 15 minutes and quick. Crab Rangoon here is fantastic, not the small pre-made ones. They are good sized and fresh.

Highly recommend!“

“I am very pleased with my service they were quick and pleasant. I'm not sure if it was an accident, but they threw in a couple cans of soda too!! Haven't even tried the food yet, but I've seen many good reviews and so far it's been a great experience. Thanks for your hard work!!**UPDATE**The food was great too!
