“Great service, professional and it is one of the best Dunkin' donuts places that have been to. I know employee that makes me the best iced coffee during happy hours. Happy hours are between 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Any size coffee you want is two bucks with tax. I usually get my iced coffee on Mondays and Fridays. Also make sure you ask for a less ice on your ice coffee because they they tend to cheat on you with more ice than the liquid. It's the same method that they use with Starbucks drinks and other restaurants. Make sure you keep an eye on it and be extra careful. And have a great day! ???????????????????“

I live now, in the Western suburbs, about 30 miles away from donuts, and there are no donut places out here that even want to compare with don't donuts. “Listen this food is just too good. I hate meal prep (and cooking tbh) but wanted to eat better. I felt so lucky to find Bri and her team-- the food they make is magic and I swear to gods they trick me into eating more veggies all the time. And then the comfort food? The fried rice and the Mac n cheese and the jerk wings (even the vegan Mac n cheese, btw)? You don't even know. Last but not least- let me say that these folks are also so kind and thoughtful. Whether it's a heads up about something being out, bringing food to door when you aren't home, a cute note on the takeout bag, or offering a random extra juice one time when I picked up - they care about the food they are making and the community they are creating. Cannot say enough good things about this business 🙌💜“

“Cute little coffee shop across from portage park! Decent street parking nearby & indoor / outdoor seating options. I got a seasonal oat nog latte & it was fantastic! I also got a vegan chocolate muffin which was great too, very moist & rich. They also had a vegan trail mix scone and sometimes have locally made cookies. Lots of fun drink choices that can be made vegan. Highly recommend!“

“I grew up in Western Springs, in a house on the “other side of the tracks”. Almost every Sunday, my father and I would go to Kirschbaum’s for a dozen donuts. Those donuts were sooo good.“

“Unprofessional employees, very rude staff. The employee was very insulting after half way through the order the lady said "to pull around"(not asking if we would like anything else) we let her know we were not done ordering. A man claiming to be the manager after taking payment yelled at my mother "to never treat his employees that way again that she was rude". Very confused by this insult we then asked if he was the manager and he said "do you want to speak to the manager" walked away came back and said "Hi, I'm the manager" the most unprofessional interaction I've seen, we then asked his name to which he replied "none of your business" (we hear his name is Roger).. Customer service at it's finest. 🤦🏼‍♀️“

We have a little boy with Autism and it's not safe for him to sit in front by the busy street because he runs. “I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

“Ran into this location for a friend's birthday, as she loves Dunkin. The place was nice, clean, the staff was friendly and service was superb. The clientele however needed a whooping. As one man grabbed the wrong order, made it the woman's fault behind the counter than threw it at her and demanded a new one. Very low class. But his ignorance aside, great place to grab some sweets.“
