The manager came out to greet us near the end of the meal. He asked about our food and service & offered to take away our empty plates. He then gave us a card with a QR code to scan and provide feedback. He also flipped the small screen around, so we assumed he was encouraging us to use it to order dessert and pay? “I got a sandwich catering order from Starship, and ordered online a couple of weeks in advance. The order was delivered exactly on time, and was delicious. Catering sandwiches were cut in a great way, small enough where each person could have 2-3 sandwiches. Would recommend!“

“This restaurant is tucked in a massive, mostly empty building near an Asian grocery store. It gives the vibes of Beijing post 2008 Paralympics when all of a sudden no one made things look good for westerners. It’s cash only.

Despite appearances, this is the most authentic Chinese food I’ve had since I was in China in college! My husband and I went back multiple times while we were in town. It was great each time. They have an extensive menu so given that it’s not a bustling place, I’m not sure if the more eclectic dishes are super fresh. But again, you’re getting authentic cuisine and that’s sometimes part of it!

The jiao zi are amazing! The portion sizes are great for the price. You can’t get them in this amount or for the cost anywhere else in the Hinsdale or Oakbrook Terrace areas. Definitely recommend!

Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian option for potstickers, dumplings, 2 tofu dishes, and sautéed mixed veggies. They may be able to make other vegetation dishes upon request.

Parking: Parking in front of the restaurant is full up front but the lot itself is quite large. We did not struggle to find a place to park

Kid-friendliness: The building is a wide open floor plan with tables to accommodate families & groups. If a toddler needed to run, there’s lots of space to do that away from others eating. The bathroom, however, would pose a challenge for diaper changes. This building is so massive though that a nursing mom or a diaper changing dad could tuck away in one of the corners and have more privacy than a changing table in a multi stall bathroom. It’s dimly lit on the outer room edges away from the restaurants.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s all one floor. There are double doors to go through that may not have an operational hands-free opener. The floor layout has multiple tables with chairs and a free wider, open sections to get to the restaurant counter to order“

You walk in to see the faded food pictures then you get greeted by a sweet Chinese lady, she then proceeds to hand you a menu after that you order and you sit down to wait. The lady then brings you the food when it's done and bids you farewell.“

“I live in Orland Park and have lived in this area for over 30 years. I’ve been searching for really good Chinese food for all that time and this is the first time that I believe I found it! It’s about 40 minutes away, true, but for me, it’s definitely worth the drive. The food was flavorful, very plentiful, beef in all the dishes that our group ordered was cooked perfectly, vegetables were crisp tender, and perfectly done. Their egg rolls were soooo good. I may plan lunches and excursions to this area just to be able to stop here for lunch or dinner and bring lots of carry out home to reheat later.“

The bourbon chicken just have to be careful for the collagen pieces that are in it and the orange chicken i like the Smoky flavor and their lo mein noodles.“

“One of the better Panera's. The staff always makes sure to get things right even when there are issues not caused by them. I've had a few delivery issues from drivers and the store made sure it got sorted out and got me new food or a refund very quickly. If there ever are issues with the order, Panera will make it right.
Special thanks to the manager on 7/5/26 1pm, she helped resolved an annoying issue quickly from a messed up delivery.“

“My husband and I stopped in to El Tio #4 for a quick bite while staying at the Holiday Inn across the street. We were on a road trip for a cross-country move and had a lot of great meals, but this one stands out. The portions were enormous and delicious. I'd especially recommend the quesabirria tacos and consomme. So yummy and filling! Next time we're in Chicago, I'm definitely going to try to get to Oak Park for another meal here.“

I was handed off my empty cups, to serve myself? one I could do, not the other....my coffee was suppose to have cinnamon syrup and an espresso shot, that's not at the beverage station, so i ask where do i get my extras(which i paid for) all I get is 😳 from young lady, manager or supervisor comes out but just fumbles, and as I walk out fuming mad.... he tells me I would like to see your receipt, did not ask while I had him beside me..... but decides to holler that as I walk out FU.... the only item that was for me I got ripped off paying all that, to just end up with a plain cup of coffee.“
