“I've visited Osito's Tap a handful of time, but now I definitely need to be a regular. I was here last night for their Preservation bourbon tasting. It was an enjoyable evening learning and tasting some great bourbon, plus a nice dinner menu created by Osito's Tap very own Executive Chef. I've missed out on similar tastings here before, so I was happy to make this one.
As for the bar itself, it's a speakeasy with a giant Mezcal menu. If you're looking for great cocktails, an easy going spot, and good company. Then this is a place to be at. Definitely a GEM in the Little Village neighborhood.“

“Great bar with cool atmosphere and drinks. Dark Shadows was playing on the tv. The Electric Funeral cocktail is very tropical but I can’t wait to have the drink in the viper snake glass. Not sure but I think you can buy the glass. Bridgeport favorite Old Style and Malort has its own electric sign. It’s small and gets very crowded on the weekends but Thursday night was very chill so this will be my go to after eating at the Ramova during the week.“

“One of my favorite spots in the city. The food is amazing and the service is always attentive. Great at all times of the day, which is hard to find. Casual vibes which make the dining experience perfect for a chill night out. Always recommend to friends and family visiting from out of town. If you haven’t tried it you must!“
“Ghost donkey is a gem, hidden in an unassuming 2nd floor corner spot. After having your ID checked outside by one of the nicest/ funniest security guards, you open a door to be hit with upbeat Latin Music that seems to make your body dance involuntarily, even if you don’t know the songs, The space is warm, enticing, welcoming with an array of table & seating options as well as a double-sided central bar. It doesn’t have tv, generally- World Cup being the exception, which only enhances the experience. No distractions, just great vibes, great food and great drinks with your friends/ family.
It is perfect for happy hours with some of the best pricing in River North, for not just for the hours of their happy hour but quality of food and drinks.
Birthdays and celebrations here, really make someone feel special.
I recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicago, or working downtown or in the area.
PS - they have awesome bubble guns and the manager, she is so fun having the orb bar lights get thrown to swing back and forth.

“Fun pre dinner drink spot in the heart of Fulton market. A little tricky to find so make sure you enter SoHo house from the far right entrance and make your way up the staircase to your right. Then left through the saloon style doors into this tiny bar. Fun atmosphere with a ton of photos and memorabilia on the walls. Be warned there is only seating for about 40 people and it starts to fill up around 6:30. Odd selection of drinks on draft (twisted tea??) and Guinness not served in a Guinness glass but the apricot cocktail was awesome. A little pricey but so is everything in Fulton. Good stop for a date night.“

““What do you recommend about Wishbone Restaurant?” Absolutely everything. My first visit (from Baltimore) in 2022 was perfect. Everything from the food to the service to the drinks. My second visit in 2025 managed to top the previous trip. Such a fantastic experience and great conversation. The *N.C. Style crab cake* was impressive ~ this coming from a Marylander 🤓 Keep up the great food & atmosphere!“
