“This was the first time at this location! The cashier seemed very friendly and the cooks did also nice. It was about 4 people in line and I saw a Variety of seasoned food ready to be cooked. They didn't rush you and made sure the oders was right. I will vist this place again.“

“Nice place to sit down and eat. They have bathrooms for customers only with a PIN but the girls bathroom was gross with no TP or hand towels, 2 stalls. Food however was really good. Top 5 hot chicken places in chicago. The hot is pretty hot & I like spicy. Kinda expensive too but the workers were so nice. 2 meals took about 10minutes to come out.“

“Grabbed this to go on a whim and really enjoyed what I had. Ordered medium and it was a good spice level, but if you are sensative to spice, I would opt for the mild as it was hotter than I expected. Their portions are great for the price too. Was worried when I saw waffel fries because you usually only get a handful, but their bag was loaded. Will be coming back for sure.“

“Tried Byrd’s Hot Chicken and it was really good. The chicken had a crispy breading and was juicy inside. The sandwich was simple but very flavorful. The crinkle fries were hot, crispy, and nicely seasoned. The dipping sauce went really well with both the chicken and fries. Overall a tasty and satisfying meal.“

“Seeing the commercial, I just had to try the jalapeño ranch club with getting it grilled & it was soooo delicious! Love the jalapeño sauce! It is as good as it looks on TV. I had went thru the drive thru so the rating for atmosphere wouldn't apply for me, but sure it is pleasant. Very quick service! Would definitely get that sandwich again. Highly recommended! 👍“

“The chicken tenders were a good size, the breading was yummy and crunchy, and the chicken was juicy. The honey biscuits were good too. We got plenty of food for the price. For three people we got enough for two meals for a total of $50. The people working there were very nice and the food was ready when I got there to pick it up. Easy to order online.“

“Harold’s is always the first place i go when i land in the Chi. This past week was no different. My best friend picked me up from the airport and already knew what it was, lol. This particular Harold’s was recommended. I stopped in around 8:30 or so and i gave my spill abt how it’s a tradition each time i come Chicago, Harold’s it’s always the first stop. The lady at the register took my order and asked where i was visiting from. I got wings and a pizza puff with mild and hot sauce, salt/pepper, and ketchup. She recommended i add Lemon Pepper, i obliged. After abt 10 minutes, i got my fresh food with a free bottle of mild sauce. Once i made it to the crib the food was gone in abt 7 mins. Food and customer service 10 out of 10 would highly recommend… I’ll definitely be back.“
