“Just stopped in today for the first time. The staff was very friendly and even gave my little one a free juice and goodie bag.

The food was fantastic and the lemonade is homemade and delicious. Reminded me of the one my mom made when I was a kid. Definitely worth eating at. I'll definitely be back again.“

Everything in the kitchen area that you could see looks clean. Even the deep fryers are well kept. The perch was fried to perfection. Crunchy and still moist just how I like it. “Grabbed this to go on a whim and really enjoyed what I had. Ordered medium and it was a good spice level, but if you are sensative to spice, I would opt for the mild as it was hotter than I expected. Their portions are great for the price too. Was worried when I saw waffel fries because you usually only get a handful, but their bag was loaded. Will be coming back for sure.“

“This is a busy city area, so plan on walking to this location or getting dropped off. The spiciness and flavor is on point. The chicken is cooked well and it is pretty juicy but it is very greasy/oily. Fries are better than most fast food chains. Service is not terrible but don't expect Chick Fil A service. Check out the menu on the wall and place your order at the kiosk (which also has the full menu on it). As a first timer, I had questions, but I grew tired of waiting to get someone's attention and just ordered. My order was messed up but they looked at my receipt and corrected their error right away. One of the tables were broken and need replacing. Worth mentioning when you have a crowd of people waiting to sit and eat.“

“Hot Chi Chicken is my go-to for fried chicken in the Loop. Stopped in for a late lunch, grabbed the spicy chicken sandwich combo, 6 wings, and fries. The sandwich had that perfect crunch and just enough heat. Wings were juicy, not greasy. Service was quick even with a crowd. Solid downtown chicken spot.“

“We had a great customer service experience here! My wife ordered a vanilla cream cold brew, but it was a bit sweet for her taste. The woman working the window remade it with less vanilla and shake base, which was very nice of her! I wish I got her name but I hope her team reads this shout out anyway!“

“Considering how busy the place is can't complain on the quality food tastes good and they even bring you the food. The only real complaint is that you have to ask for the sauces but I would imagine that's a mixed issue with cheapness / customer fault as well from people taking too much 🤷“

“Ordered their 3PC Feast, it's comparably better than the other fried chicken place you know at this price point. The chicken skin stayed crispy and the chicken was juicy even after a long delivery. The biscuits were nice and hot with that hint of honey- I thoroughly looked forward to eating it.“
