“GREAT SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH ♥️“

“Good portions, delicious food and cozy environment“

“So bomb! Love the chicken. Love the rice. Love the beans. Love the food. Just love love love. I can only speak to the grilled chicken though. They do have other menu items which I'm sure is just as tasty.“

“I’ve loved this place since the day I started ordering it! I order this almost every week or every other week when I’m at work in the evening. It’s always delivered fresh and warm and the chicken is amazing the seasonings are fantastic! And the names of the items to order are hilarious also the humor in me makes me laugh at them!“

“our friend/landlord brought us to you all and it was so good and fresh and juicy and it was the best food I've ever had in a long time! I really recommend this place!!“

“I was way too excited about my food that I didn’t even realize I didn’t get the extra pickles on my order. 🥲😩 I was half way through before I gave it a thought. I guess you can say it is THAT good 🤣“

“Good customer service and good food.“

“The food is fresh and made to order, I loved that about Chi Chicken. Regular wait time as you would at any other place that’s made to order. Got a Kung Pao chicken bowl. It was very good and just the right amount of spicy. I will definitely be coming back to try the chicken sandwiches.“

“Came across this gem on our way to Chicago for a concert. Delicious wings and shrimp, generous portions, and most of all the owner was welcoming and engaging. Would definitely make a special trip back!“

“Food was great ,people were informative and friendly“

“Fantastic crispy chicken tenders. Mac & cheese was incredible as well.. worth every penny. Will be back to try rest of menu no doubt 🔥“

“Good food for anytime of day!!!“

“Chic fil a typically has great customer service but wanted to callout my encounter with Bridget, one of the team members who was stationed at the drive through. She was incredibly sweet during our short exchange and honestly made my day. She deserves a bonus or raise or something@ The food was also good quality compared to the location closer to my house. I'd return here“

“Rainbow Bowl with chicken thighs was amazing, very friendly staff. Gotta go for the hot sauce. Larry even picked up the phone after-hours and went out of his way to search when I called looking for my missing charger. Will come again when I'm back in Chicago!“

“Great people. Great food. So far so good. I’ll definitely be back. The cook has good customer service skills and he seems to really care for people and his work. Everything in the kitchen area that you could see looks clean. Even the deep fryers are well kept. The perch was fried to perfection. Crunchy and still moist just how I like it. Fries were fried to perfection as well. Can’t make this stuff up. Thank you!!“

“good food. nice location.“

“some of the best chicken I have ever eaten love that season and a perch is off the chain I recommend you try best in the West“

“GREAT STAFF SERVICE THE FOOD WAS WELL COOK VERY CLEAN IT WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE ITS A COZY PLACE“

“Just stopped in today for the first time. The staff was very friendly and even gave my little one a free juice and goodie bag.

The food was fantastic and the lemonade is homemade and delicious. Reminded me of the one my mom made when I was a kid. Definitely worth eating at. I'll definitely be back again.“

The 5 star reviews drew me to this location. I had to drive a distance, but it was worth the trip. all other shark locations near me are horrible (2 to be exact)“

“I had an awesome experience here! The people were super friendly, the food was great, the best Mexican food in the area. I would definitely recommend to family and friends or anyone in general. It's a lovely experience, and i do want to add that the decorations are beautiful. Really makes you feel safe and comfortable as you're enjoying your meal with some nice coffee.“

“Nothing better than going in the men's room to wash your hands, wax your mustache and exit to the counter with your Caniac Meal waiting for you. Look out!“

“friendly staff and good food. no waiting.“

“Very good chicken! Q pollo rico !“

“Grabbed this to go on a whim and really enjoyed what I had. Ordered medium and it was a good spice level, but if you are sensative to spice, I would opt for the mild as it was hotter than I expected. Their portions are great for the price too. Was worried when I saw waffel fries because you usually only get a handful, but their bag was loaded. Will be coming back for sure.“

“One of the best South African restaurants“

“I ordered the chicken tip & wing combo and the Jerk chicken egg rolls 😋 everything was a hit!! 🔥 sauce is delicious can't wait to try something else from the menu💯“

“We had a great customer service experience here! My wife ordered a vanilla cream cold brew, but it was a bit sweet for her taste. The woman working the window remade it with less vanilla and shake base, which was very nice of her! I wish I got her name but I hope her team reads this shout out anyway!“

“We ordered 75 pieces of chicken for a holiday event. Priced great! We had nothing but complements all night on how good the chicken was! Delivered on time with a smile. Highly recommend them for your catering needs or just for a great meal!!!“

“Hot Chi Chicken is my go-to for fried chicken in the Loop. Stopped in for a late lunch, grabbed the spicy chicken sandwich combo, 6 wings, and fries. The sandwich had that perfect crunch and just enough heat. Wings were juicy, not greasy. Service was quick even with a crowd. Solid downtown chicken spot.“

“One of my favorite fast food restaurant 😋 They always cook my food the way I request.“

“First time eating here. It was absolutely delicious. A huge sandwich! Chicken very tender and juicy. Great flavor. I wish there was more coleslaw on the sandwich, but that’s just me. I don’t like potatoes but these fries are great crispy and good flavor. Everything is freshly cooked . Definitely 5 star“

“I used to eat from years ago, and I stop by today. food is still 🔥🔥🔥“

“Probamos el pollo a la brasa y estaba espectacular, jugoso y lleno de sabor. Además, el café de olla es simplemente exquisito, el mejor que he probado en mucho tiempo. El dueño es increíblemente servicial, siempre con una sonrisa y una actitud que te hace sentir como en casa. Definitivamente, un lugar al que volveré una y otra vez. Súper recomendado.“

“I pass by this place every weekend and I stopped by for the first time today and wow the food was amazing the chicken was perfect ! The mash potatoes were great and the mac and cheese was on point !!! I received my food really fast as well! I will be returning !!! Give this place a try !“

“Ordered their 3PC Feast, it's comparably better than the other fried chicken place you know at this price point. The chicken skin stayed crispy and the chicken was juicy even after a long delivery. The biscuits were nice and hot with that hint of honey- I thoroughly looked forward to eating it.“

“Muy rica la comida excelente servicio ! muy limpio, felicidades“

“Chick-fil-A taught me what real chicken tastes like thats the only way I can describe the food its just THAT good and the place is super clean as well definately come here if you haven't yet chick-fil-A is the freshest chicken ever oh and the price is great I got a Chicken sandwich meal with large waffle fries for $11 thats amazing especially in this economy!“

“Byrds was a great surprise! They’re halal chicken was so delicious, juicy, fresh, and hot. We also tried crinkle fries and fried green beans. The green beans were so good and fresh, never had fried vegetables taste so fresh. Unfortunately, they didn’t have a bathroom available but the giant hand sanitizer worked for the time being! Also we got a lot of food for a decent price😁“

“Everything we ordered was delicious! Easy and quick ordering. Friendly staff.“

“Michael and kadence have been beyond amazing. They have great customer service smiling and very patient. I have been in this location plenty of times and have had terrible service. I'm so happy I chose to give them another chance. I will become a regular again. I'm guessing Michael is the manager he hands down knows what he's doing environment is just ll around positive! He's awesome to his employees and customers stays on top of cleanliness and customers.“

“A crew member named Sofia was very attentive, she came to my table to ask kindly if we needed anything like a refill, napkins or anything else. She had a huge smile while giving us our order. She’s the sweetest, please don’t be mean to her.🩵“

“07-28-26 I was about to order for delivery on DoorDash and it didn’t have options for sauces or anything. So I called the store before ordering because I didn’t want dry chicken! The lady that picked up the phone made sure my order had sauce and it was very delicious when I received it.. thank you bless her heart!“

“hot fresh all the time they never let me down“

“Used to go to the one on Central in Madison. I have always loved their chicken, but they brought one closer to me in Broadview but now, unfortunately I live in the south suburbs but still Broadview is my go to as much as I can and when I can’t, then I hit the one in Brownsville overall I give them a top 10 for every location.“
