“I absolutely love this Olive Garden location! The highlight of my visit was our amazing waitress – she was outstanding. Even though the restaurant was busy, she took such great care of us, made sure we had everything we needed, and even brought a kids’ menu for my child with so much patience. She truly made our dining experience special and enjoyable.

After the meal, she surprised us with delicious green mint chocolates, which my child loved so much that they asked to come back again next time. I’m certain this will become one of my favorite restaurants. The only downside is that it’s a 30-minute drive from my home, but it’s totally worth it. The food is delicious and affordable, the atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and every visit leaves me in a great mood. Highly recommend!“

“My Fiancé and I discovered this restaurant after watching “Somebody Feed Fill” and were inspired and intrigued by Sarah’s restaurant and craftsmanship. We had our eye on getting reservations here for a very long time and we ended up landing lunch reservations for my Fiancés birthday (whom is also a Chef). We just happened to be seated by the expo line near the kitchen where we saw Sarah working. From start to finish our server Rose, and Sarah made sure our experience was personalized special. Sarah even signed the cookbook we bought and menu! Everything was on point from the food to the service. I can see why it’s so hard to get a reservation here! If we could rate our experience higher we would. We greatly appreciate the hospitality and dedication that this restaurant displays!“

We had several in our party who had food intolerances which they graciously accommodated, but we did recommend that they use pastas imported from Italy to avoid some of this. Also their GF noodles are made from corn and rice flours and we suggested to expand their GF noodles to non-corn flour. Other than that the food was beautiful and creative and tasted absolutely delicious!“

“We had friends in town for the night and knew we would get a good meal and experience at Gaia. We sat outside so had to pause conversation for the passing BNSF and Metra trains, but that is all part of the ambiance. We had the arrancini special appetizer which had the perfect ratio of rice to filling. I had the halibut, and it was perfectly prepared with a piccata sauce and angel hair. Our friends enjoyed that the staff is familiar and all welcoming which adds to the neighborhood feel.“

Huge sandwich at a decent price. I barely had time to put my credit card back in my wallet that my order was ready 🤪.
The beef is juicy and delicious. I also liked the hot peppers. I had mine with extra american cheese but it didn't really add much, the beef speaks for itself.“

I'm just s little sad that during the latest renovation they weren't able to find a way to install an elevator. Those stairs are killer if you're mildly impaired and impossible for wheelchair bound“

“I was looking for good a Italian food in the area but it wasn’t easy to find(we were hungry and on a time meter). We decided on this spot because of the reviews online. I must say I was pretty impressed. It has the interior of fast food restaurant. You put your order in on monitor right as you enter. You don’t have A LOT of options but enough to curb your appetite. Their noodles tasted very fresh. The Alfredo sauce was nice and creamy. They serve your food in these to go containers which is okay I guess. They have complimentary cookies in cups as well on the front counter. Will I go again, yes. Will it be a go-to, no. The staff was 100% friendly!“
