“My daughter and I ate at First Watch on January 25,2024, the food was good as always. So as we were leaving I went to pay and my daughter and granddaughter went to the car, my comes in and say mama I locked the keys in the car and my granddaughter is in there. She called O’Fallon police and so did one of the staff did as well. The police community service worker came out and tried unlocking the door for about 20 minutes, remind you my granddaughter is in there and it’s cold and raining. Next thing I know almost the whole staff came out and tried everything they can do because they seen we were out there for a long time. I finally got ahold of my insurance company and they sent someone out and they was able to unlock my door finally. Big shout out to the staff at First Watch for all your help, my daughter and I really appreciate you all ❤️“

We were greeted upon walking in and the vibe just felt more welcoming than the other place. Our server was friendly and attentive and the food was delicious! Anyway the staff was great and managed to get everyone seated at two tables for lunch and everyone seemed to enjoy one another company & we must've all enjoyed meals, I did, cuz there were no complaints. Too many orders to say who ordered what. We were all seated comfortably, Even late arrival. These were former Classmates & we didn't all go to same University but we stay in touch. Our Waiter was Charming with an A+ Customer Service attitude, as was the Hostess who seated us. There are alcoholic beverages available & TVs with sports programming all over the place. Great place to dine, plus it's spacious whether it's a group or individuals stopping by for sports updates & a drink or just a Coke and a Smile 😀 They are an Amiable Group. “I went to Red Robin last night and I was not impressed. It's usually rather expensive but at least the food is good. I waited a while and my burger was room temperature. I got the last of the bag fries. Just little pieces of crunchy nothings. Which I would have just eaten anyway. But the big problem was everything was salty. My burger and my fries. Salty to the point that I couldn't eat it. I just bagged it up and took it home for the dog. I didn't season it at all. I'm not sure why they would be putting so much seasoning on their food. especially salt. it's rather annoying when you're paying almost $20 for a burger and you can't eat it. I didn't complain nor ask for my money back but now I wish I would have. I usually don't have a problem with them. Today was a really bad day though.“

“My wife and I met five friends here for dinner on a recent Saturday evening. World Cup games were being televised, so the place was very busy. Nonetheless, we were able to find two low-top tables, slide them together, and enjoy dinner. The team member serving us was very attentive. I had the two-meat platter with pulled pork and chicken tenders (brisket was so popular it had already sold out)...the platter was tasty. Everyone enjoyed the meal. Several of us ultimately sat outside at one of their tables to talk in a slightly quieter environment. All in all a very nice evening!“
