“I have gone to Andros Taverna for many years now where I am never disappointed and always impressed with the service, the quality of food and ingredients, the atmosphere and the passion in general. Chef Doug Psaltis is a true expert and artist performing at the highest levels. The gyros are the best, best gyros in Chicago by far, the seafood world class, the homemade bread and pita are incredible. The foods and meats are cooked over wood fire, wood fire grilled. We had our daughters baptism catered from here which was excellent assortment of Greek food - this is a Greek restaurant you will go to for many years to come.“

While we waited for our table we went to the bar for a drink the bar tender was just as sweet as the hostess. It was like the further we made it into the restaurant the quality of service kept going up a notch. And the manager we even got to meet him and he was also super sweet. . Ok now on to the food because that's why you're here ... We started with the chard octopus and meet ball it was so good chefs kiss . We had the New York strip and the prime ribeye. Accompany by the Mac and Brussel sprouts Whew so mouth watering and delicious . This was such an amazing experience they gave . For anyone reading if you're have to option between this place and any other steakhouse choose HERE. You WONT be disappointed. .“

“I went for a friends graduation brunch, and it was definitely a hopping spot in the city, and I can see the appeal for the rooftop views alone, but I think it’s a bit overpriced for what you’re getting in my opinion. I had the biscuits and gravy ($25) which was fine but also strange in that it tasted more like a chowder than gravy. I also got the chocolate chip cookies which were and came in an order of 3 for $12. As I said, a bit overpriced for cookies, but actually felt worth it for their size and deliciousness. Of course, part of why you’re coming here is for the views and this place did not disappoint! Despite it being a very hot day outside, there was a good crowd out there especially because there’s a bar on the patio as well. And even though it was very busy throughout the entire time there, my party and I had fairly consistent service, although I did have my drink order forgotten, but the server ended up comping me for it, which made up for it.“
