“My first time in, and I had the seasonal flight (wildflower, iced with almond milk) with a lemon raspberry scone. Everything was delicious! I hope the cherry blossom matcha stays on the menu for a little while, because that was my favorite! The coffee shop is adorable and service was great.“

“When I went through the drive thru yesterday I ordered my usual..Venti latte iced blonde roast one extra shot and 3 splenda. I really never paid attention when I paid but I was charged for TWO extra shots! Not the first time this has happened...before I had been charged for flavor when I don't get that. Guess I need to really start paying attention when I go to pay. It was repeated to me correctly when I ordered...but NOT how I was charged! I am a barista myself and would never pull this on my customers!“

“I visited this McDonald's passing through town and I must say, I was very impressed with the Top Notch customer service. I was greeted at each window, and the employees smiled and actually made eye contact. Upon leaving the second window I recieved a smile and take care. I know these days its hard to find good workers that actually have people skills but this was the first time in a very long time that I received positive vibes. The food was fresh and seasoned perfectly and there wasn't an extended wait time in line neither! I will visit this McDonald's each time I pass through Collinsville moving forward!
