“I'd absolutely love to give 5☆ but the servers here are so so sad. They act like they're in chains forced to work there. The food is so good but I literally get uncomfortable eating there. They make you want to take it home to eat but we live too far away. They serve you water in tiny plastic cups with dishwasher rings two cubs of ice and get frustrated if you ask for more ice or water. This guy today literally just rolled his eyes at me for asking for a cup of ice because me and my kids combined had 6 cubes. Not just this server both the guys we get here act the same way. They show zero emotion and do not speak out side of what do you need. It's very strange. I hope one day this changes more family friendly.“

“The *only * Chinese restaurant we go to. David & his family are kind & make the best, most consistent Chinese anywhere! It takes some of us 30-40 minutes each way to get to China House in Crest Hill now & we make the drive. We have vegetarians in our family that love it too.“

“This is going to sound silly, but I really didn't appreciate the lunch music/ambiance.The maki rolls I had were alright, staff was decently friendly, place looks nice. Just wasn't impressed with the quality of rice and the music lol.“

“We love China One! We discovered this place about a year ago and frequently order from here. Every time we order, we consistently get good food and the staff is very friendly. The General Tso tofu is amazing and my husband loves the sesame chicken. Give it a try!“

“Every time my friend says lets order Chinese I cringe. I will order something that sounds good and end up throwing it away. I was blown away at how good the food was here, my friend got beef with tomatoes and green pepper and I got barbecue pork with mixed vegetables. So good the sauce was very good and his beef melted in your mouth. I will only order from China Cook from now on. It was even better the next day for lunch.“

“This place is a 5 all day I've been going there for quite a while now for the lunch specials you could get for 8 or 9 dollars my recent visit got there was seated got our drinks quickly the waitress was very nice and professional I ordered the mushroom and pepper steak it was magical when the dish came to my table the mushrooms are huge and plenty of them they were delicious the meat was cooked to perfection the launch cost just over $8 my wife ordered a sweet and sour shrimp ? it was delicious the total bill with drinks was $22 for two people I would highly recommend this place and I want to say during covid they were very professional about the way they did things the inside was closed but you could order on the phone and they had a table outside where you pick your package up totally contactless I would recommend this place for a decent meal we go at lunch time because we're retired like I said you could get a nice meal for $8“

“The food here is very good. The Best Chinese food, imo in Joliet, and I have been looking. Portions are well served. Everything I ordered was great. I ordered a veggie lo mein by mistake cuz who orders veggies ( i aint vegeterian) and that stuff slaps. It's really freaking good. My only complaint is the dough for the dumplings is too thick, same for the crab Rangoon. But they were still very good. This is the 1st time I ordered Chinese food in my life and I don't have any leftovers the next day. It was that good. I found my new go to place. You should give it a try. Good Job people who probly don't know what I'm saying.Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian. I ordered the veggie lo mein by mistake and I might consider switching sides. It was that good.“

“This has been favorite family place to go since the 1970s. Always enjoy their food. Have not been on the inside of the restaurant for a while and was disappointed that one can no longer order a complete meal that everything has to be ordered separate. It used to be nice to order a complete meal which would have included a soup and an egg roll. I've never had anything bad here that I can complain about. Always enjoy their food.“

“Nihao! Fantastic selection of both Chinese and Thai foods that are high quality, delicious and made to order. They are very gracious in holding off with MSG and our other requests being vegetarians. Always friendly, kind and on time with take away orders. I recommend this restaurant frequently and people are always surprised how great the food selections are. We favor the Thai menu more often and the choices are wonderful!“

“Always great service and food. My wife never had their sushi and she loved it. Parents loved the egg foo yung and sushi as well. They have the best shrimp fried rice. Our waitress/owner helped wit my dad who has a walker by guiding him to the door, helping him with his walker, and opening the door. That alone made our day and stands out as a place we will always come back to and recommend to friends and family.“

“I have been looking for an Asian restaurant that was decent since I moved to Matteson. My family was disappointed each time with one dish or another ... but tonight Dragon Palace outdid themselves and we definitely found a new go to spot !!! Kudos to you guys ... Tonight's dishes / 1. “This was my father’s favorite place before he pasted away. My wife and I decided to make the trip from Plainfield when our daughters were home from college. The food was awesome. Egg rolls are huge. It might have a slightly different taste of spices that that you would expect on some dishes, but it adds to the dish. The prices are very reasonable. Four of us ate dinner for $53. This included; large sweet and sour chicken, small sesame chicken, Small Mongolian beef, Two orders of eggrolls, large, veggie fried rice, and they added crab Rangoon Because the order was over $40 I think. We would normally spend over $70 from our local places. I actually called and complemented them on how we enjoyed it and the lady answered the phone said if anything is ever wrong just go ahead and call and they will replace it. Just let them know. “Been going to this place for the past 10 years and they never disappoint. Inside is very clean and welcoming, it has a big seated area if you want to dine in. Service is always on point and the NEW boba drinks are delicious! It's great to have more affordable boba options in town.“

“Zen House does mostly carryout but you could dine in if you wanted to. Their food is flavored well and all the different dishes I've tried have always been great. The people at the counter taking your order are very kind and respectful.“

“After Golden Chopsticks closed down, I found this place and it is honestly just as good, if not better, than Golden Chopsticks!Parking: Parking can be an issue depending on time of day. Parking spots are always available, but sometimes you need to park in front of a store a few doors down.“

“As a frequent customer of the Mokena location I decided to take a look at the New Lenox location. It was for carry out dinner. While eat in was closed there seems to be steady flow of people picking up orders. Our food was correct and well packed. The portion size was just right and food was hot. Everyone enjoyed their choices and as we sampled each others it was agreed that it was all worth going back for.“

“Ordered for pick up here and the food was good, not the best but it was good, the lady who answered the phone had good service, I got to give them props tho because the food portions are definitely worth it for the price, you get a good amount of food for ur dollar, overall a good spot will be back“
