“Though it closes a little bit earlier than other Dunkin’s I’ve never had a bad coffee here, they’re fast and the staff is polite. The one time anything was wrong they remade my drink with no problems and did it quickly. The only Dunkin I choose.“

“I went on opening day, and the owners and staff were beyond kind and helpful. We tried a Turtle Cheesecake and a Chocolate Chocolate, both of which were insanely good. I also loved my cold brew. Rizzo is putting in an official bid to become the official spokesdog of Pawlor Bolingbrook. He absolutely loved his dog doughnut and thoroughly inspected the bag to ensure no crumb left behind. The people working there are very friendly and always give quick service, even during busy times. I always stop for coffee when visiting Walmart, to enjoy while shopping.“

“The donuts were a little stale. I suspect they were day old donuts. We were standing at the counter for a few minutes until somebody actually came and took our order. I asked that the large mocha blast be separated into 2 separate cups. And they didn't do it. I ended doing it myself and created a mess at the table. Overall the experience was ok.“

One of the main reasons we keep coming back is because of an employee named Nani, whose name I first learned from his coworkers while he was handing out coffee. He carries himself with such kindness and respect. He’s truly down-to-earth and goes out of his way to make customers feel comfortable. What stands out most is how he takes the time to make small talk with us while we wait for our order—it’s those little moments that make a big difference.

My sister recently stopped by after getting off the train, feeling stressed from work, and decided to grab some donuts. She later texted me about how kind and thoughtful Nani was to her. His positive energy meant so much to her that she even offered him a job where she works and wrote him a heartfelt letter encouraging him to never change.

“I've been going to this location for the past 3 months, I've not had one bad experience here. My iced coffee is always made right. Flavors are spot on and fresh. Have never had a bad iced coffee from them yet. The food is good. Staff is not very friendly, but not mean. If you say good morning they'll reply nicely. I order for pick up thru the app and I've never had to wait. It's always ready when I get there. I am happy to have this location near one of my jobs. I just wished they were open earlier or 24 hours.“
