“My first time there. My Sesame Chicken was tender and delicious. So was the Teriyaki Chicken. The Pork Rolls Appetizer were enhanced by the sauce that came with.

We went early Sunday afternoon and were able to be seated right away. I would come back.“

“It’s everything you want from a Chinese place. I honestly don’t believe any review less than 5 stars. Our area is plagued by bad to mid at best Chinese food, and Moy Yuen is a shining star (5 stars!). Everything we order is always delish and cooked quickly. The phone order is efficient with no delays. Try orange chicken, general chicken, lo mein, Mongolian beef, and Singapore noodles. And don’t forget the egg roll. The place is no frills but consistently great above average Chinese food in the Western Suburbs.

“I've visited this location several times over the past few years, and my experiences have generally been positive. One recurring issue has been the long wait times during busy hours, with waits sometimes stretching close to two hours before being seated. Even so, we kept coming back because it's conveniently located near our home, and we always enjoyed the variety of food on the menu.

When we visited again yesterday afternoon, we were happy to see there wasn't a wait, and we were seated almost immediately. Everything seemed to be going well, and the service was friendly as usual. Unfortunately, after getting home, I started feeling sick, and by today my stomach has been bothering me constantly. Based on how quickly the symptoms appeared, I believe I may have gotten food poisoning from something I ate during the visit. I can't say for certain which menu item caused the problem, but I know I felt perfectly fine beforehand.

This experience was really disappointing because we've supported this restaurant for a long time. The meal itself tasted normal, so the illness came as a complete surprise. I hope this was just an isolated incident and not something that happens regularly. I understand that mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but getting sick after eating is difficult to overlook. The location has always been convenient, and we've had many enjoyable meals here in the past. The atmosphere has generally been pleasant, and the staff has usually treated us well. That's what makes this experience even more unfortunate. At this point, we've decided that we won't be returning. I truly hope the restaurant reviews its food safety practices so that other customers don't have a similar experience.“

“This is the second time we've ordered from here, and the food tastes great.
We ordered KUNG BAO DELIGHT, and it was very tasty, and the portion was very large.
We also ordered COMBINATION FRIED RICE, and it tasted great, but I asked to make spicy, and they didn't prepare it properly.
We also ordered EGG ROLLS, and they were delicious and a good size, but the CRAB RAGOONS were good, but a little over-fried.

“Chen’s is my new go to chinese take out!! You guys have to try this place, 10/10 would recommend! The food is delicious and the service is AMAZING!! Well kept restaurant and the owners a hoot, funniest guy ever!! But the star of the show, their egg rolls!! BEST egg rolls ever!! And DONT even mention their, fire, as the kids say, fried rice!! “We recently visited for my bday on 5/31. The decor is beautiful and the service was stellar! Everyone was attentive and friendly. Our hibachi chef was amazing. He was extremely entertaining and super accommodating. He made our hibachi dinner experience the best we have ever had. The food was perfect and great portion sizes. My son even ordered Spider rolls and said they were amazing! My two teens and 1yr old enjoyed it immensely! Thank you all for the great celebration. We will be back for sure!!! “This was my first time trying this place, and it did not disappoint! I ordered the dinner special with general tso’s chicken, and it was amazing!! I’m usually picky with chicken but this one was made so well, and the fried rice was perfect. I requested no egg in the fried rice and a vegetable egg roll, and they were so kind and considerate to not only honor my requests but label them too!! I was worried about this because not every place is careful enough, and it can ruin your whole meal when not done right but this place did. The food was delicious, piping hot (even though my DoorDash driver had to make multiple stops before mine!), and an amazing value for the amount of food you get. The Thai iced tea was the cherry on top! 10/10 thank you for a perfect comfort meal after a long day“

“okay I am looking at the other reviews and the only thing that is a lie is large portions! there is no large portion! this is probably the smallest lunch special that cost close to $15 that I've ever had at any Chinese restaurant ever. you can go to a buffet and get all you can eat for $15. definitely a sample plate or portion for a child. “I ordered a small veggie fried rice. It was good but the container is SUPER small and the price is a bit high $10.50. I know groceries prices are outrageous but rice, 🥕 and 🍄 are still pretty cheap. We get the chicken chop suey, combo lo mein, mushroom or ham egg foo young. The egg rolls are good and the wonton soup is a fave when I'm sick!
I think the prices are solid given the portion sizes. Definitely give this place a try if you're thinkin about it !“

The restaurant has a small gaming longe area primarily located on the takeout side of the restaurant with a low wall separating the dining area, which has a few booths and a couple of tables. The food has always been quite good and tasty, Imaged is the House Special Chow Fun, Sesame Chicken (always a fav), and BBQ Pork Kow (had a lot of meat, just not pictured well). We've been going here for a couple of years now, eating in and getting to go. Parking is available, but it is shared in a strip mall. Handicap and senior friendly as well.“

My only suggestion would be to call the order in rather than placing it online to get a more accurate pick-up time for large orders.
