The server that we have was excellent in the atmosphere was spot on. They have Booth seating you can sit at the bar or you can sit in front of the hibachi grill and hopefully your eyebrows don't get singed lolol the cooks put on a show so there is a little bit of flame involved. We were sitting at least 10 ft away from one of those grills and felt the heat I am surprised that people have their little children very close to that fire from the grill

“I absolutdly love coming to Krystal Thai with my family. Every time we are there, we're greeted with very friendly faces and we've even made personal connections with some of the staff there. The food is wonderful every time we go, and they are very accommodating in both social and food-related situations. I highly recommend coming here with your family and friends, Krystal Thai has truly been a comforting and stable part of my life for many years.“

I have to mention though, after coming for the mother's day brunch for the first time, I experienced something that made me feel icky. The waitress we had (I believe she is newer) quickly added a 20% tip to our bill without saying anything, and then still not saying anything, handed me the card reader which prompted ANOTHER tip. I'm glad I noticed, as it happened very quickly. When I finished, she skipped through the survey questions on the reader. I left feeling like I was trying to be tricked and it didn't feel good. We only had a party of 3 adults and 2 toddlers. Not sure if it was protocol for the event, but it felt sneaky and not good.“

“We met my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters for lunch. My daughter-in-law arrived before us and said that Ethan had pulled together a table for our group, adjusted the blinds as it was warm in there and offered some broken cookies for the kids as they couldn't be sold. Another gentleman came and cleared some plates. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We enjoyed our lunch.“
