Their Birria Pizza Tacos are a must-try as well. Such a creative twist, loaded with flavor and cooked to perfection. Every bite is satisfying.

The food was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and incredibly satisfying, every bite left me wanting more. The chicken with chili peppers was easily the standout and one of the best dishes I’ve ever had.

“The guy that answered the phone and took my order could have sounded like he was interested or at least a little bit friendly. Other than that I do have to say they're sweet and sour chicken is probably the best around. They're fried rice is also delicious. It's been a while since I was there so when I go back I'll update on the next dish that I get. All in all it's definitely good food.“

I am a FAN of chinese food, but no where around suburbs and chicago will you find such FRESH food! Veggies are perfectly done, meat is perfectly cooked! Sauce is amazing taste! I had their Happy Family Dish , Chicken fried rice and Khan Pau Chicken .

“Quiet hole in the wall spot with some of the best food in the area. The owner is kind and works really hard to make quality food. A lot of Chinese American restaurants can have a sort of mass produced feel and use the same suppliers but you can tell a lot of love and pride goes into the food here.“

“Didn’t get food from the Golden Kitchen in a fairly long time. Today I was impressed by the one woman show on display, cooking, packing the food, taking orders, and being as gracious as always. The food is good and the place exemplifies the family business model. I’ll go back more often to ensure that places like this stay in business.“

Overall atmosphere is good and clean and plates are brought out by robots first before the server put them on the table. Overall probably would go back again but not ordering those two items.“

My family was out and I was on my own recovering from a surgery and felt like treating myself so I figured “ let’s get a bit fancy and order PF Chang”. What a huge mistake that was. The beef with Broccoli had les than 2 oz of beef for $30. I have included a comparison between Hunan Palace’s beef with vegetables vs what I received from PF. Hunan Palace blows PF away! Additional I have had very good luck requesting modifications, I like extra spicy and extra sauce, Human honored my request while PF did not. I think the pics tell all“

“BEST CHINESE FOOD IN ILLINOIS“

“I grew up in Brunei and their food is the closest i have felt to home. I ordered the Nasi Lemak, kuih lapis and roti paratha.“

“Our order was ready 10 minutes early so we were glad we came early. There was one table of diners in a relatively nondescript dining room but lots of carry out orders. Our egg rolls were tasty but without the traditional Chinese fried outside. These were pretty greasy but had more meat than vegetables which was a pleasant surprise. They came only with a Chile sweet sauce and it added to the taste. Our potstickers were just ok and had a slightly gooey exterior. \nOur main courses included Mongolian beef which was much higher quality beef than most places offer. Nice flavor and sauce. Our noodle dish with chicken was also flavorful as were the moo shu chicken ingredients. \nPrices were on the high side but the portions were generous and the quality deserved it. The value was great and we would return.“

When the "coming soon" sign popped up in Highland Park, I could not have been more thrilled, considering the food at our local chinese restaurants refuse to raise the bar on their food. There is no better Szechuan restaurant in the Chicago area or beyond. The food, the staff, and the service are all exceptional and executed with perfection and passion. “My experience was both positive and negative. The food was pricey but well worth it since you can get 2 or 3 meals out of it. My wife's sesame chicken had an abundance or sweet and sour sauce. Too much for her taste. My shrimp eggs foo young was great along with the egg rolls. My pickup experience was terrible. The sign says "ring the bell"to notify them you're there. After 3 rings and 5 minutes with no response I called them to let them know I was there. They finally came out, no apology just pushed the order thru the plastic and sign the receipt. Not even a thank you. I trust this rudeness was just the result of a bad day and not par for the course.“

I forgot that there were peanut pieces/crumbs on it as a topping included and it came as a surprise and the boss lady was soooo sweet and kind. she was so eager and genuine, and instantly made a worried expression and offered to remake it. me and my friend ordered 2 noodle dishes, and it took like 15 minutes or so to wait. “I am not local, this is a regular go-to place for a friend, so when I visit with her, she wants to bring me. I had a Chinese Eggplant with chicken dish, flavorful and spicy. Also had some nigiri sushi, all very good. The Black Tobiko was plentiful and fresh. The Tamago and Inari, which are types of sushi that are deceptively simple seeming but really show a chef's knowledge and artistry, were excellent. I'm sure I will go again.“

“Aimos was our server for the evening. He was very intentive and quick to bring out a food and proper order. I hate receiving the appetizer and the entree at the same time, very pleased that didn't happen. The food came out within about 10 minutes and we had 3 entrees and it was so hot and fresh. Aimos was on top of refills and checking in on us accommodating accordingly. Very pleasant and relaxing visit. Will definitely come back. I got the Orange Chicken with white rice. “Craved crab rangoons, so found the closest spot. I purchased an order of crab rangoons (6), a large wonton soup, and a regular bubble tea.
This place actually surprised me with how much I loved it all! The crab rangoon filling is different than I've had before, it was so creamy and they were excellently filled. The bubble tea was delicious and a large size.
The wonton soup was the shining star that prompted me to write a review. I love this soup and always have to prepare myself for the oily feeling in my face. Not only did this soup not leave me feeling salted up, it was so tasty and fresh! The wontons were delicious and the green onion on top was crunchy.

Yay. Shumai is my fav hands down so of course I had to try it—I think it’s lacking some ginger and sesame oil. Theirs is good though, not great like MingHin in Rolling Meadows. The shrimp dumpling was pretty good. Other things ordered was a tofu dish, general tso chicken, sesame chicken, fried rice and fried shrimp roll. Everything was pretty decent. Will definitely be back.“
