“Christal S. was unflappable and SO nice, working by herself and manning the drive-thru too. She served us during a mini-rush which included an ambulance staffer getting a call. Because it was the afternoon, we got our donuts for 50¢ and iced coffees for 99¢. We also ordered "all-day" sandwiches - steak on the bagel sandwich was a bit dry, but the bacon/egg/cheese wrap was just the ticket!“

“This McDonald's is a franchise that most of the local Calumet citys and south Holland all are owned by same owner. The drive thru is usually long and sometimes theres a neighborhood local inside. The staff is polite I usually order inside and give the guy standing in the drive thru 3$.

Parking: Most spots near door are for uber eat or delivery apps. Bout 5 spots for reg patrons. Also drive thru interferes with parking.“

The breaded tenderloin was on top of the bread with mashed potatoes and gravy to the side. The entire dish was then covered in brown gravy. There was no way possible to make a sandwich, but I cut it all up together and ate it as a mix. It was still good.“

I would recommend giving Beverly bakery a try to anyone looking for a great breakfast in the area.“

“I recently visited Starbucks and ordered a Venti Iced Peach Green Tea. Although the service was a bit slow, I know it was crowded, which was likely the reason. The wait was absolutely worth it. The drink was perfectly refreshing and delicious, with the peach flavor complementing the green tea beautifully. It definitely hit the spot on a warm day. I'll be back for sure, the drink is delicious!“

“Excited to try the empanadas at Empanadus in Homewood on Ridge Road. It is a nice cafe and eatery offering a variety of empanadas for all dietary needs. They are served very warm and the type of empanada is branded into the outside crust. They are a good sized portion and the filling can be tasted with each bite. I bought a variety and it was easy to identify which one was beef, sausage, spinach, vegan, etc. they also offer a variety of coffees too. Would definitely suggest you give it a visit.“

“Just went in the drive thru and I had the pleasure of interacting with Jason. He was so sweet and provided amazing service. I actually always have great service when I come here, the staff is absolutely lovely, but I wanted to mention Jason in particular cause he really was amazing and kind. Management, give him a raise cause he’s doing his job right and deserves it.

Also is there a way to tip when I get my card scanned on the app? Because I wasn’t given the option on the app which I thought they used to do. Anyway 10/10 would recommend this location! Plus the pink drink is sooo delicious.“

“I love this place. It is the only place I want to get Dunkin Donuts. Everywhere else is just pretending to serve coffee. Customer service is excellent. For the most part they don't have you pulling around to bring your order- because that's nonsense. For as long as they keep serving coffee and moving as fast as they do, I will be waiting in line!“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“I came into Starbucks on 4701 S Cicero. I ordered a coffee this time. I had an issue with the quality of the paper cups; they dont hold up with the hot drinks. I spoke to the shift manager, Kayli. Kayli is an excellent manager/ employee. She heard my complaint and was sympathetic towards my concerns. She identified me by yhe drink I ordered? WOW WHAT AN EXCELLENT MEMORY.. She then explained that the nxt time I come she would make sure I had a double cup because that was my complaint. She has GREAT managerial skills. I called feeling upset and once I finished the call.
