“We went to Woodfire for my birthday. The food and service is excellent. Vicki was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. The food is so fresh and homemade. The pizza crust is crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. There is an assortment of types of pizza, but the cheese pizza is the best I’ve ever had. The pasta is rich and delicious. It’s cooked perfectly and the vodka sauce is amazing. The appetizers, home brewed beer, and desserts are phenomenal too. Step aside Coopers Hawk, I have a new favorite restaurant!“

“Tonight I decided to venture out and try this restaurant my family has been RAVING about called Al’s Cafe in Downtown Elgin! I sat upstairs and had this lovely server named Marcie! She recommended the monthly special called “Moonstruck” and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The ambience, service and food is unmatched! If you are looking for a great night out I highly recommend Al’s Cafe!“

“NPT is the best pizza in the suburbs of Chicago! It is Neopolitan style pizza and they have pasta dishes as well. Their appetizers are excellent, their Tiramisu is top notch, and they have a good selection of wines and Italian sodas. Get over to NPT for authentic Neopolitan pizzas!“

“We made reservation 8/20/26 to celebrate my husband birthday.The wait time was not long at all 5 to 7 mins. restaurant is classy elegant and made a great first impression for us as it was our first time dining here.Our experience felt inviting as if we were dining with friends truly perfect. (Heather W) our server made several recommendations we decided to go with the Calamari all I can say it was delicious pleasant taste and the dipping sauce perfect.Hubby ordered the steak It was super tender like butter.they truly invested in getting quality meat for their guest. I had the salmon cajun seasoning which gave it a perfect balance of rich flavor I personally love It.
Ruth Chris will be our go to for now on.Our waiter Kevin brought out our food we love the food and the presentation, Kevin and Heather W truly outstanding workers that we had the pleasure to interact with .The special touch on the birthday cheesecake with fresh fruit a single candle lit.added that special classy touch.

We hosted my husband's retirement party here, and the evening was nothing short of spectacular! The atmosphere is perfect blend of rustic warmth and modern charm. “Fantastic breakfast at Benedict’s Eggs and More! I had the biscuits and gravy and pot roast skillet - and both were to die for! Biscuits seem to be homemade along with the gravy and it was so tasty. Loved the pot roast as well on the skillet. It was tender! Service was incredible from beginning to end - always felt like I had enough coffee and made sure the experience was excellent from beginning to end. Definitely coming back here soon to try more!“
