“The first time we ordered, we were disappointed with our food. However, they reached out right away, apologized, and gave us a discount for our next visit. We decided to try them again tonight, and everything was great. The food was cooked perfectly, the staff was nice, and my kids got to play a board game. If you had a less than stellar first experience with them, I would suggest giving them another try.“

The people who waited on us were very good - they helped us all order what we were looking for - and it was delicious. We ate in the restaurant and was very pleased with all who work there. “Unless you like your food room temperature, don't waste your time here at the Edwardsville IL location. I am so tired of spending my hard earned money for cold food. I'm just going to call it what it is, lazy cook in the kitchen!! The sandwich and tots were that way.“

“Very friendly service. Ice cream was okay. Unfortunately it was melting as soon as they handed me my cone, even though it was a cooler night. I can't imagine how hard it would have been to enjoy it on a warm day. Not sure why their product turned to liquid so quickly. Couldn't even get a photo of the actual cone because it was melting so fast.“

“Best dairy product shop in the Merro area, in my opinion. However, Frozen Yogurt is not ice cream, so others may think differently. They rarely don't have a line at the drive through, "in einter" if that tells you anything. Lines in summer can get pretty long, but they also host music events, that draw large crowds on weekends, in nice weather.

Kid-friendliness: Very, although, it is open to the parking, so keep an eye on small children.

Wheelchair accessibility: Open, outdoor. fully paved, plus a drive through. Could not get more accessible, if you tried.“

After running everywhere yesterday to try to find it, with no luck, as a last ditch effort I went in to Annie’s. They did not have it on the menu but Emily (the owner) was so considerate when she heard what was happening that she decided to attempt to make it on her own for me to pick up today. She told me everyone said it was delicious who tried it. Unfortunately, my brother will likely not be able to taste it as he is relatively unresponsive within a very short 24 hour period. “Not a chain, at least that I know of, so I think that's a plus. I had a crispy chicken sandwich and fries, to go. Food was good, service was good, I think it was about $10.00. I don't know that it was anything out of the ordinary, but if you're in the area, and are tired of the fast food chains, it's fine.“

It combines the subtle caramel warmth of bourbon and the nutty crunch of pecans. The service at City Scoops has always been friendly and efficient. If you're in the area, it's worth stopping by.“

“I gave them a picture of a macaw dressed as a pirate for a birthday cake and asked for yellow and red borders. And I put in the notes that it was for a Hawaiian pirates themed birthday party. The absolute hero of a decorator ran with our idea. They put palm trees, a pirate map, beautiful colorful flowers and made sand out of graham cracker crumbs!!! They could’ve done the bare minimum but they went above and beyond and knocked it out of the park. This cake was a masterpiece and the decorator deserves a raise! Thank you so very much!“

“First time visiting a Freddy’s. Caught by surprise when I was greeted as I walked in. Patty melt was amazing. Double burger was good. Love the shoe string fries and onion rings. Hotdog was also good. Chicken fingers - wow! Peppermint Oreo shake was just right and the dirt and worms concrete was a solid. Would visit again given the opportunity. The restaurant vibe is on point“

“My son loved his icecream cake! (Oreo icecream) Ive never had a problem at dairy queen with an order, or a rude employee! I usually don't go to fast food joints much anymore BUT gotta stop in at dq once in awhile! In fact, I've been craving a banana split like nobody's business, so I'll probably be stopping in soon! You should too! :-)

Dietary restrictions: I DO have some gastric issues that prevent me from eating much fast food these days due to the grease and fat content and such..most things upset my belly..when my son wanted dq for his bday I wanted so.ething but noticed there was no "grilled chicken" options so I asked and the lady recommended "rotisserie chicken bites". There weren't many in an order but I would've happily ordered an extra if I would've known I'd like them as much as I did and surprisingly they didn't irritate my stomach too bad. Win for me! I recommend the rotisserie chicken bites if you can't have have much fried stuff.“
