“We had a greater experience ever since we walked in to the real. Ruben was so friendly and welcoming. Our server, don’t remember his name but had the grayish eyes, was very attentive and overall great. My son has an allergy and he made sure what we ordered was safe for him. From the service (I'm so sorry that I didn't get his name, but he was a younger guy, working at 7:30 on 6/18 and it was his mom's birthday....if that helps up identify which worker)....he was super nice and super helpful! Went back in and asked her and manager over heard. I said ok, if I didn’t pay for it then that’s ok. Manager Insisted on making me the other half and he threw in a bag of chips. “Had a great experience today with a couple of the workers. Normally everyone is very sweet and helpful. But today both Daniel and Ethan and went above and beyond helping me after I made a mistake with my order. I will definitely continue to come here and enjoy the great service.“

“Placed a pickup order through a third-party delivery app for a you-pick-two and a chicken bacon rancher. I picked the turkey and cheddar for my sandwich and the broccoli cheese for my soup. I walked in, saw my name on the screen and picked up my order from the counter without any wait. Even after the 15min drive home, the hot items were still warm and tasty and the cold sandwich was yummy too. This Panera doesn't have a direct entry/exit to the main roads but it's not hard to get to and has plenty of parking.“
