“Myself and a few friends went to Saltwater Coastal Grill for a girls night and it was great! The ambiance was perfect. It is decorated very nicely and has a relaxing vibe. The food was excellent! Looks thinking you’re gonna buy something bring your cash, but it’s well worth it. The wife and I cannot wait to go back to try something else.“

“We always order beef and chicken shawarma because it's consistently good. Tonight , I wanted something like lamb biryani and so the staff recommended Mandi lamb versus mansaf. It's better than I expected- tender lamb meat, rice cooked just right, spices that won't overwhelm your taste buds; the soup , the spicy and white sauce complement the flavors so well . Love it! Definitely worth the trip.“

The gyro is definitely the best around. I love the atmosphere too, you just can't replicate a truly vintage place. Paul, the owner is also so nice!“

“Cheese dog was literally a wrinkled hot dog drowned in nacho cheese sauce. The polish was on a French roll & difficult to bite into. I had it with all the toppings & it was only a few sliced of onions & a few green peppers slices. Not much toppings. I don't recommend those two. Other meals looked good though. Mine were just... disappointing.“

“Almost forgot about this when scrolling thru my photos. This past June was the first time trying this location, 2nd time overall and the previous was at the Schaumburg location.

I really like their menu here although to many it may be just another Chicago style/Greek fare restaurant. That's fine by me being I live for Chicago hotdogs, juicy burgers, Italian beef, gyros, fries, etc.

The food overall is really good here but the gyros are the bomb. We don't have any Brandy's locations up in Lake County (I live in Beach Park) but I sure wish we did!

If ever in the area again, I could definitely go for some tasty grub from Brandy's. Wish for continued boomin' business for decades to come for the owner(s).“
