“Beautiful Birthday dinner here in one of the cabanas. Liked the privacy and obscuridad the cabanas and low lights gave. Flavors of soup , scallops, and rib eye were great. Definitely recommend for a date night or girls night 😍“

“Had a great experience celebrating my anniversary. B&B nailed the atmosphere of a modern speakeasy steakhouse. Cesar, our waiter, was wonderful. The Charred Octopus and Crudo was amazing. I typically like my steaks bleu, that said, the chefs's choice on cooking the Wagyu Board was on point.
As a non-Chicago native, I felt they had a good range of wines and other beverages.“

“In a town known for great steak restaurants, EJs, is my favorite. Their steaks and seafood are outstanding, their sides and desserts wonderful, and their wine list never disappoints. Throw in a cozy atmosphere with wood paneling and the smell of the fireplace. The best part is the service. From the moment you arrive until you get back in your vehicle their service is unmatched with a staff of professionals who have been there for years. I highly recommend EJs and look forward to our next visit!“

“Best steak ever!!! It was an extremely tender rib eye - packed with flavor and cooked to the correct temp. Their mashed potatoes were divine and the Bordeaux was exquisite. As someone who DOESN’T keep kosher this was better than any steakhouse I’ve been to in the suburbs + city ?? Lincolnwood has THE best restaurants in the world. No one can tell me otherwise.“

“We enjoyed celebrating a special occasion at Tavern on Rush on a recent Saturday night. The re-opening on Rush Street was worth waiting for. The 2 level space is beautifully designed, with various seating areas according to your preferences of wanting to be at the windows or bar at ground level to catch all the action along Rush Street, or upstairs in the spacious main dining room and the adjoining smaller, less energetic room. Our server, Jason, was exceptional. He was attentive, very personable, never without a smile. Having ice water refilled constantly is a detail often overlooked elsewhere but not at Tavern. Kitchen service is timed perfectly not to feel rushed nor waiting endlessly for the entrees. We started with the special app of grilled octopus which was deliciously seasoned with a wedge of lemon alongside for a light drizzle. My partner had the sirloin strip steak, ordered medium rare and served exactly that way; I can never refuse grilled salmon especially when over a sweet butternut squash puree and that too, was served charred rare and was moist and silky. I appreciate another reviewer mentioning the grilled Mexican street corn as a side and it was so delicious we fought for the last spoonful. A massive slice of birthday cake, sprinkles and all, served with a candle was the perfect ending. A high energy vibe does mean higher noise level which was not a concern for 2 of us sitting across from each other. Overall a wonderful evening that we look forward to repeating many times in the coming summer months, especially with the outdoor seating.“

“If you're looking for a great steak dinner, LongHorn Steakhouse is the place to go!
Our group enjoyed a variety of dishes, including the Renegade Sirloin Steak, Ribeye Steak, Baby Back Ribs, and the 7 oz. LongHorn Salmon paired with 8 ct. Redrock Grilled Shrimp. We also had side orders of Shrimp & Lobster Chowder, Mixed Greens Salad, and Mashed Potatoes.
The steaks were perfectly cooked and incredibly succulent, satisfying every steak lover's craving.
The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, seasoned just right, and absolutely perfect.
The salmon and shrimp were delicious, offering a fresh and flavorful complement to the hearty dishes.
The Shrimp & Lobster Chowder was the perfect choice for a chilly Friday night, warm and full of rich seafood flavors.
LongHorn Steakhouse offers a welcoming atmosphere, fantastic food, and great service. Highly recommend for a satisfying meal with family or friends!“

“We celebrated my birthday at Ruth Chris, arriving at 6:15 on a Thursday night. It was not crowded so the noise level was perfect and we could hear ourselves talk. The waiter was excellent, and the menu was varied. We knew prices before we arrived, so the expensive steaks were no surprise; however, the delicious flavor of the meat was so good that we were surprised about that.. Wine offerings were fair-priced and varied. The sides we ordered were delicious, especially the asparagus and sweet potato casserole. Ambiance was sophisticated but welcoming. It is a beautiful restaurant with excellent food. They pamper celebration diners with the table setting and a delicious desert gift. We intend to return for special events or for when the desire for really good steak is whispering to be heard.“

“I have eaten here many times. Usually the food is very good. This time wasn't up to par. My lychee martini didn't have any whole lychees in it. The fried squid was very tough. The skirt steak was good perfectly. Would I come back again, probably and order different food.“

“It's so nice to be out at a restaurant! This location is poppen so be prepared to wait a lil bit. We always sit at the bar and Angela was busy! She was friendly and never stopped moving! Our shrimp was salty to me but my husband at it all.“

“We visited this amazing establishment last night and ordered the filet and the Manhattan strip for our entrées with a side of the mushrooms, and it was possibly one of the best steaks we had had. Our server and Jesse was wonderful, and when he wasn’t available home, there was another manager who came and brought items out, so there was no delay in service while he was attending another customer and socialized at the table. We dined outside on the patio underneath the heat lamp and lights. The Barn was the perfect atmosphere for our relaxing evening together. We were very pleased with all that we ordered as well as the service. We would highly recommend the Barn restaurant to others.“
