“The food was good and we got it in a timely fashion. Staff was friendly. There was a slight odor and an issue with a urinal in the Men's room. I notify a member of the staff about the urinal and a team member immediately went to check on it. I'm sure with a call to a local plumber that issue will be resolved quickly.“

“I usually love Firehouse! Tonight was off though. I ordered door dash and they lied to the dasher that No drink was ordered. I have two documents proving otherwise. Plus the dasher even said something!! I know it’s just a drink, but just own your mistakes! Don’t cover them up and make my dasher look like they are the ones getting the order wrong!“

“This was my first time being a Jersey Mike's customer and I was greatly impressed.
Friends highly recommend this sandwich shop. I downloaded the app and place an order for pick up. When I arrived the line to wait was long. Fortunately, my order was ready to go. I ordered two full sandwiches. I was impressed by the heafty weight of the bag. The girth of each sandwich was impressive. The meat portion is generous. The taste delicious. This is my new favorite sandwich shop.
My order was exactly as I had ordered with all the specifications. I was able to eat off the sandwich a few times.
I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you for making a delicious product. And thanks to all the Fairview Heights employees for all the care and love they put into making my perfect sandwichs.

“It was my first time ordering food at this location and oh my lord the staff members were so incredibly friendly. We visited today after a bit of Black Friday shopping, ordered our food in the lobby and dined in. We walked in to a full lobby and a smiling cashier that was laughing and joking around with the customer in front of us while we decided what to order. I ordered the baconator combo, which I wished came with more sauce on it but I just grabbed some ketchup from the lobby. I definitely recommend the vanilla rootbeer, it was incredibly delicious and the fries were nice and fresh, and well salted. Another staff member was diligently making sure their tables were clean for customers to accommodate the busy day. Great team members, great service and great food.“

“I ate at the white castle in fairview heights and I really hardly eat fast food but I do eat out almost daily. The food was alright nothing to write home about but the service well ill leave it at that. Needless to say I didn't want to eat it. Another waste of my pocketbook. I don't recommend that one my friends“

“I have a need for the Bell, I'll start with that. I am very familiar with what I regularly order from here and have had a lot of questionable items in the bag from other local TB's which is a pretty big let down. Time of day, location and who's working have all become apart of the radar for when I want some T-Bell. This location was quite the pleasent surprise. Properly staffed at 8-9pm, hardly any wait on around 10 items ordered and everything was piping hot and tasted fresh.“

“This is a family owned business and all the people that work here are friendly, professional and go above and beyond! The place is always clean and the food is always fresh and on point! If you've never tried Jimmy John's I highly recommend this location and if you like Jimmy Johns and are in the area stop by and support! They deliver and also have a dine in area.“
