“The food was good. I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches at around 9pm from the drive through. The order took not even 5 minutes and it was so good. You could tell everything was fresh and of high quality. Also, both the drive through window girl and the gentleman that walked out my order to me were nice. Good job Culver's!“

“I came to this McDonald’s on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. We just went through the drive through and it was quick and easy. The food tasted good and we were in and out of the line in 10 minutes. Absolutely zero complaints. Will definitely be back if in the FRG area again. (Written 11-4-25)“

“The staff is very friendly and the food is great. We ordered the Birria and Al Pastor pizzas and they were both delicious. The left overs didn't last long at home either. We'll be heading back soon to try some of their other creations. Highly recommend giving this place a try.“

“Everything was great from service to food. It was our first time there and we definitely will be back.“

“Great service. Delicious food.“

“Tried the new menu item Gyros. Hope they keep it on the menu. They were great. The Tzatziki Sauce which makes a Gyro was perfect with enough cucumbers. We now have a new place to go to for Gyros. Last, I had just about everything on their menu and everything is delicious.“

“Great atmosphere. This is the way all dining experiences should be“

“This place makes me happy. Great staff, great food, adorable place!“

“Had a fantastic experience at Epic Burger in Barrington! Having halal options is huge for us, and the food here is made fresh and delicious. I ordered the halal beef burger, and my daughter loved her halal chicken sandwich. A special shoutout to the manager, Arthur, who provided an outstanding service and made our visit wonderful. He assured us that there is no cross contamination and when my daughter ordered her shake, she was skeptical about the whipped cream (from Oberwise) so Arthur made sure that the whipped cream was not Gelatin based. Went out of the way to make sure we are satiafied. Highly recommend this spot for great food and excellent hospitality!“

“Enjoyed a great healthy yummy family dinner 6 of us last night. Bison meat tender and I really enjoyed my warm Power Poke Salmon Bowl! Thank you for the great service!“

“Attentive staff, always checking on customers like us, fast in responding to your needs/refilling sides.“

“We dined at the bar, and Anna the bartender was great! It was very busy, but she did a good job taking care of her customers. Food was great, as always. Thanks!“

“Great gyro platter, enough for me and my HUNGRY boyfriend to share! Very friendly and courteous staff, highly recommend.“

“Their custard is great! Loved the chocolate and toffee.“

“I hardly believe this, but I left today and they forgot to include my coleslaw. I got home and called to mention it. I was told they'd bring the coleslaws to me. I thought it was a joke, like doctors making house calls. Sure enough, they came to my door with the coleslaws, an extra, and a pint of blueberry cheesecake. Unbelievable! I've gone there since they opened. Now I won't go anywhere else. Caring about customers isn't lost! Wonderful people!“

“great atmosphere,quick and friendly.“

“I have been going to Luke’s since the 80’s. I moved away and still go there. Never had bad food or service. I wish I still lived close it was my Saturday movie night go to go beefs.“

“Kooker’s is my favorite lunch time spot when I’m at the office for the day. They make their own natural cut fries that I love cooked well done. They have daily specials that are great deals, although all of their prices are fair. They have limited seating, but you can call ahead and pick up an order and I think they do delivery. When there, make sure you look at the specialty board that is to the right of the register. There you will find items that are not on the regular menu. Today I had the poutine with pulled pork—amazing. I highly recommend this locally-owned burger (and a lot more) joint.“

“Usually great service and people, but you guys missed the mark tonight. The delivery person outside tried to give me at least 3 different orders that weren’t ours, and when we got home the chicken nuggets were missing the sauce, and the chili was missing the toppings and sour cream. Not a great outing tonight.“

“I ordered catering from Eggville Cafe a friend of mine said their catering was amazing and I had a family gathering coming up I had to try it out! Everything was perfectly cooked they had so many different options to choose from I ordered the kebabs and a side salad, some potatoes some meatballs and a couple other things that they threw in everything tasted amazing. It was delicious and was reasonably priced if you were looking for catering for any event like a graduation coming up or birthday or family gatherings I definitely highly recommend them they were amazing and they got everything I wanted and more!!“

“Great place to end a day and start the weekend“

“Pretty good place and service is wonderful.“

“reasonable for the pasta!“

“Everything is perfection here. I've never had an issue with their food or service. In fact, I've always been delighted by how nice the employees are. Really, folks, how hard is that? Thank you for actually caring about your customers. The food options are great & they actually taste good! Again, why is that so difficult for other businesses? Love them!“

“We stopped at the location. I had to eat quickly because my blood sugar was under 50 when we ordered and got to the window. I had asked the employee Troy if I could possibly get a small little cup of M&Ms because my blood sugar was very low he ran to get them came back and I thanked him and he said no I just wanna make sure you’re gonna be OK and I appreciated that because most people don’t care the food was amazing and I’m my sugar came back up, but I just wanted to recognize a shout out to Troy. He was an amazing worker.“

“We love picking up a quick lunch here, our go-to are the Chicago style dogs. Always a treat for a work lunch!“

“If you want to sit by the water and enjoy a nice night out and great snack food (Italian Beef bites) and burgers, I recommend The Longshot. Go see Lisa on Friday night and tell her Krista and Lori sent you!“

“My family of six ate at Culvers in McHenry on Tuesday, Dec 31 about 1:30. We were greeted with a pleasant hello. The lady who took our order got it right and was pleasant.Since were a group of 6, I figured it would take a little longer to get our order. That wasn't the case. Not only did the order come quickly, but is also accurate. That was wonderful! When we were nearing the end of our meal, a gentleman, (Jude, I believe) can around with free samples of the flavor of the day (Mint explosion). Never has that happened at Colvers to me in the many times I eat at different Culvers! What a nice touch! Upon leaving, we got a cheery Thank you, have a great day and happy new year. I wish I lived a little closer because Culvers in McHenry would definitely be my go to place. Thank you for good food and the kindness you all showed.“

“I love this store my family and I have been going to this store since I was a little kid. I got my wife a custom Ice Cream cake for her Birthday and she loved it. Highly Recommend!“

“Great atmosphere and amazing food - including not only the pizza, but their pasta dishes and appetizers. It’s our go to restaurant when we want pizza/pasta, or to enjoy live entertainment.“

“River Lee’s is exactly what a dive bar should be. The cozy atmosphere, dimmed by glowing neon signs, makes it feel like you’ve stepped into a time capsule in the best possible way. Nothing fancy, nothing fake — just old-school charm. The beer is cheap, cold, and served without pretense, which is exactly why I’ll keep coming back. If you’re looking for polish, look elsewhere. If you’re looking for character, you’ve found it. River Lee’s gets it.“

“Yummy 😋 Good ice cream 🍦“

“the best ice sceam for all ages🥰“

“ordered small concrete mixer.. asked for chocolate custard with Reese's peanut butter cups but received a medium size cup of plain custard“

“Ashley helped me choose exactly what I wanted & she was so extremely friendly!! The frozen pineapple float machine was broken, but right when it became working again, Ashley personally made me the frozen pineapple float (which i did pay for) & brought it to me. Thank you so much Ashley for being such a sweetheart!!! I felt great when I was there thanks to Ashley ♡“

“Very good, better than any other fast food options. Friendly staff always willing to help and people who enjoy cooking. 1 star reviews can’t get much out of this place if they come in with a bad attitude. Great alternative for a quick lunch. Really good.“

“If you haven't tried this place, I strongly recommend it. The DAILY specials are EXCELLENT. The Chopped Salad is so gooood. Staff is friendly. An overall 5-star experience.“

“Burger and fries were both great“

“I have been going to this place for over forty years and they still have one consistent problem that never gets solved. They short me items in the drive through. It doesn't happen with the dine-in and the food is always hot and fresh. I just wish they would teach the workers to count burgers and fries when they put them in the bag for takeout.“
