Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. Once we received the list of our preferred vendors and began reaching out to them, Sue from Butter and Vine immediately stood out to us. She was warm, friendly, informative, and hilarious. “Inspired Catering and Events catered our wedding at the Columbus Park Refectory a couple of weeks ago and we’re still incredibly blown away by Liz and her team. From the start, Liz stood out as incredibly receptive and accommodating. This continued throughout the process and culminated in their incredible service on our big day. “Honest Foods is a fantastic, well-priced catering company!

I ordered catering for 30 friends and family members celebrating my daughter’s baptism. Their menu is extensive; I chose ciabatta sandwiches, pasta salad, and a green salad. Everything was absolutely delicious. In fact, I had several family members tell me “this is the best salad I’ve ever had.”

Tad, the owner, is a wonderful person too— very easy to work with. He was nice enough to send one of his staff to my house to drop off serving utensils, as I had forgot them during pick up.
